My family was going through a difficult time when my 96 year old dad broke his hip the day before Thanksgiving this year. Unfortunately his health declined quickly and we didn't know what to do to take care of our 91 year old mother. We contacted P. A. Unfortunately, my recent session with Ms. Tracy was less than satisfactory. While I appreciate the effort to provide guidance, the advice given was unhelpful and did not address my concerns effectively. The session was also disrupted by a delay in starting and an interruption midway, which further hindered the flow of our conversation.
Moreover, I felt that my concerns were not fully understood or taken seriously. Despite informing Ms. Tracy at the beginning of the session that I have a temporary protection order, this crucial detail seemed to be overlooked, leading to unnecessary surprise when it was mentioned later. Additionally, despite my clear statement that I have sole custody, I was questioned about my custody situation. This left me feeling defensive and uncertain about whether I had made the right decisions to protect my child.
What is most concerning is that I have not heard anything back from Ms. Tracy regarding these issues. It appears that she is collecting funds without providing accurate or helpful information. Given the lack of response and the overall unsatisfactory experience, I am requesting a refund for this session, as it did not meet my expectations or provide the level of professional
