Todd, my attorney through my accident settlement, was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a really bad traffic collision that wasn’t my fault with major injuries, and Todd was one of the first lawyers we were able to find with good reviews. Attorney Joshua Hall comes off aggressive, but in reality he doesn't like to do paperwork. Josh refuses to file motions in the best interest of his clients and creates excuses. If you need a diligent attorney to file motions and argue on paper, Joshua Hall is NOT the attorney to go with. He tries to push his clients into plea deals and fails to communicate timely. Save your money.

They are so unprofessional they didn't even get a hold of my Witness. We had to track the Witness down ourselves. They closed our case before we found the witness. They're so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend them to nobody. Also, they never return calls. Don't waste your time with these attorneys. My daughter was also in the car. She had a different attorney and they are negotiating her pay right now as were speaking.

The first time I met Mark and his partner, my first impression was that they were the standard run of the mill lawyers and would do a solid job. I had no idea what to expect just that they were highly recommended. I am glad to say I was very wrong about these two! First class all the way. Mark has been named one of the best lawyers in the nation. It is and continues to be a well deserved title. I never felt I was being ignored, or lied to in anyway. If I ever felt overwhelmed and upset, Mark got me refocused and back on track. We seen it through to the end and I am glad we did. While I hope I don't have to work with him again on another case, I definitely would have no qualms and would do it again in a heartbeat. Doesn't matter how important your case or the timeline. You can wait two months for them to never contact you, despite contacting them multiple times, and lose your court case, or you can go elsewhere. There's nice reviews from years ago. Apparently they fell off.
