Kevin Henderson is incredibly detailed and thoughtful with everything he does. He has done a plethora of contract work for my company and I can't tell you how many times I've had other lawyers comment on how solid his contracts are. I have used Barry Irwin's legal services on several occasions -- he is the best!
In short, Barry is one of the finest lawyers and finest people that I have ever encountered.
He is personable, caring, intelligent, hardworking and trustworthy -- everything that you would want in an attorney.
I have had to hire and use the services of many attorneys over the last 30 years throughout various parts of the country. None was better than Barry.
By way of example, during one of the times that Barry represented me, we encountered an issue that caused both my wife and me to begin losing sleep. We contacted Barry (text or email, I don't remember which) and let him know that we really needed to talk to him. Rather than put us off or be dismissive about our concern, he interrupted a family vacation and called us almost immediately to answer the questions and put our minds at ease.

We've been using Shannon for our marketing business for a couple years now. Many businesses make the mistake of using template contracts they find online, not realizing it doesn't really cover them, and when the time comes to defend that contract, who would do it?
He's been integral to helping us with creating our own contracts and ensuring our language is tailored to what our actual goal is. This lawyer prepped an immigration case for adjustment of status under K1 visa. She was completely negligent on the submission of the process. Failed to submit correct forms, correct filing fees, failed to submit complete information. And most importantly failed to submit new regulation requirements under the Public Charge Rule which was applicable at the time of submission which could potentially result in an automatic denial. When given the opportunity to remedy de situation she refused and acted defensively without much care for the client. she charged $2500 and refused to even give a partial refund. THIS ATTORNEY SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING IMMIGRATION CASES WITHOUT FURTHER TRAINING/EXPERIENCE.
