I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a law office. Mike, the office manager did not introduce himself and even go as far as to shake my hand upon meeting with us. He sat us down handing me a clipboard full of sensitive information paperwork and said fill this out without so much as an explanation as to what it was I was filling out including all of my personal information. When I questioned him as to the nature of what I was doing, he abruptly left the table and went and got Jane who initially had no intention of meeting with me even though I was under the impression that this meeting was a free consultation in order to decide whether or not we were going to hire their law firm. I would give zero stars but that isn’t an option.

I have come in contact with many attorneys and I am often not impressed and surprised by the lack of knowledge and understanding of the law most attorneys have. Very few lawyers are on point with the law and how it specifically relates to your case. Not Keith. I am so impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the law. HE GETS IT, he just gets it. I've been hearing whispers about this boy genius and the professionalism of his law firm- and, let me tell you, they are true! (I don't know any other attorneys under the age of 40 that have written 2 legislative bills- do you?) It is so refreshing to see an attorney be so incredibly smart and also use his intelligence to help people, instead of being greedy. Yes, I am biased! But you will be too if you use this firm! My case is still ongoing, and I don't want to jinx the outcome, but so far, I'm just super impressed and ridiculously happy with the results. I will update this post at the resolution of my case. I am also going to review Matt Dall, the other attorney at Gantenbein Law Firm, that has been working with Keith on this case- he is amazing, too! I was hours away from loosing the ability to just fight for my family home just months after my father had passed. He had been trying for nine months to get a refinance. I found this firm as my last resort I was heart broken disillusion and just down right defeated. Keith personally called me late that evening after I had spoken with his lovely warm receptionist. I was frantic he explained in terms I could understand what needed to be done and we were not out of time. That night he set wheels in motion and proceed to complete it by midnight the next day which was my dead line. Him his amazing staff in a short month and half time have gotten me a refinance. I guess we got lucky. I never thought we’d need a lawyer, but we did. We are so very very thankful that we found Katherine. Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

I got in a car wreck in summer of 2024, the individual who was responsible for totaling my car and causing injury was denying liability with their insurance.
I decided to look for a lawyer and Ryan and Sarah at Fang Law Firm did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond helping me solve this case.
They recommended and sent me to PT for my injuries cause by the crash, kept me updated with everything during the court dates as well as handling talking with both my insurance the the other individual’s insurance company.
Ryan and Sarah went the other extra mile in tracking down witnesses from the accident who were able to help and ultimately get the case resolved through their testimonies.

I had a lawyer work with me up til the part they negotiate and then he goes quiet. The law firm ends up firing him. And now I'm with a new attorney and he hasn't said nothing other then an email stating who he was and that he's taking over my case. 0/10. Would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
