Richard is all about the money and directs his clients to go against court orders which could put you at risk of getting in trouble with the courts. He will lie to proof his case and cover up his lies. Instead of being an honest lawyer and directing his clients to do what is right, he rather make families suffer to benefit himself. I would go with a lawyer who is going to be open, honest and at least TRY to keep things civil for the sake of ALL who is involved. He loves the drama and any lawyer who loves to make things worse for his clients and all who are involved (even children) should not be lawyer. He would rather destroy in innocent father than help resolve civil matters the right way.

I am an elderly woman whose home was "purchased" unprofessionally by a local "ugly houses" organization. At the time of purchase I was hospitalized, taking a number of medications and undergoing other treatments. As biased as Minnesota Courts are against fathers, I went into this battle very discouraged already.
