Andrew (as he introduced himself) was very patient and provided a great deal of advice to me including a few references to help me along the way. I am not sure that 4000 characters for this response would be enough to explain my case and what Joseph (Yosi) Avrahamy did for me. It was a very long and complicated matter. Yosi represented me in an employment case against a major police department that I worked for. The allegations consisted of harassment, failure to promote, discrimination and retaliation. Fighting my particular law enforcement agency is one of the most difficult battles that one can take on. They don't play fair and will stonewall and lie at every turn to win. My case was no exception. However, Yosi was unphased by all this and stood by me from beginning to end. He believed I had a good case and never wavered in his support of me. The battle was long and I always felt that I was a part of the process. Yosi kept me informed every step of the way, which is huge when you are going through something as stressful as a lawsuit. Many lawyers do not do this. I know because I worked around a group of lawyers before I found myself in the precarious position that I was in. Yosi is the exception (in a good way) not the rule for most lawyers. And finally and most importantly, Yosi never made you feel that money was the most important thing to him in the case. By this I mean, that he actually made you feel that what happened to you mattered while also trying to win your case for you and achieve a satisfactory monetary outcome. In the end, my police department settled out of court with me. Something that they do not do unless they think that they could actually lose and lose big. They are very stubborn that way. It was Yosi's expertise and past victories that made them think twice about trying the case before a jury. I would highly recommend him. He is a great lawyer, but more importantly, he is a great person.

Mr. Ayvazi represented me in a very involved construction litigation matter. We went to arbitration on one part of the case and court trial on another part. He was knowledgeable and always prepared. I recommend him very highly.

I was in a contract dispute, and was referred to Kramar by one of his clients whose case he had previously won. I hired Kramar for a breach of contract issue I was having with a business I had hired. Kramar was always honest and never "sugarcoated" the realities of litigation. Kramar had the lien lifted from my home and fortunately, won my case. It's difficult to find an attorney you feel you can trust. His rates were competitive and I'll be using him in the future.

My corporation was referred to Resnik by another Chapter 11 Corporate Bankruptcy Super Lawyer during the California fires. Boy am I glad they did! I had my consultation with Hayes. He answered every question I came with very accurately and honestly. He didn't rush, was very compassionate, and clear on what we should expect. They handle Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and personal bankruptcies. They also provided me with a very detailed review to determine what path to follow. Frankly, we were incredibly stressed going in and they made us feel comfortable and protected throughout! Following the review, hired the firm and we worked with Resnik and had plenty of time to sit down to review everything with him. They're very sharp, assertive, and experienced lawyers. Somehow, they manage to remember all the exacting details of your case like you're their only client! I know another firm that worked with them through a long, contested Chapter 11 filling and they had very positive feedback as well.
Some lawyers will give you a low ball offer and then catch you with more costs later on. I always disliked that approach! Simply doesn't happen in my experience with this firm. You get a clear up-front cost and they're super fair, compassionate, and attentive throughout! I couldn't have been happier with them. I brought in Aren on a client's litigation matter to prepare us to respond to a complaint. Aren did not want to take the case before analyzing the facts. Once he did analyze, he told me he could likely have it dismissed via a demurrer (response filed at the beginning of the case). He sent us a long list of documents and a list of questions. The case was dismissed within a short time without any additional litigation costs to my client. We were surprised by how small his bill was and paid it right away.
I am again working with him on another matter and needless to say, he is kicking the defendants' behind...

Farzad took our small music group and created the contracts that have allowed us to scale internationally.
