Kristie is phenomenal to work with. She is very knowledgeable and very fair. Kristie was extremely diligent in registering our new trademarks and making sure we were current on our existing ones. We had other attorney's in the past that let some trademarks expire, not Kristie, she is exceptionally punctuational. We have never had a problem since she took over our trademarks. She was able to take care of our foreign ones as well. Kristie was also instrumental in helping with our international law needs. Her international law knowledge was invaluable, especially dealing with trade issues we had in Asia and the Middle East. She was very helpful in helping us understand Harmonized Tariff Codes and Incoterms. Kristie also was very helpful in guiding us through the quagmire of possible employment issues in Europe. Kristie is very good at taking exceptionally complex legal issues and translating them into layman's terms that I could understand. I highly recommend Kristie.

Ms. Dugan is a fine attorney. I am qualified to say this, as I am attorney myself. I watched her do depositions when we were representing two different plaintiffs against the police and she is skilled in what she does and has wonderful insight into state and federal issues.

John is an incredible attorney. He is dedicated, punctual, professional, and aggressive. He is one of a kind. He told me to trust his process and I am so thankful for him. Not only for his work, but the reassurance and guidance. He genuinely cares and shows it. He will not give you false hope and lays everything out. I was referred to John by a co-worker, and after my initial consultation I knew he was the attorney for the job. John is a fantastic lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the process to keep myself prepared for what was ahead. I felt that my problems were now his problems. He was able to get my kids out of the awful living situation they were in while living in another state and into my custody when the services in that state failed to ensure my kid’s safety. He was relentless when the other party thought they could weasel their way out of the situation. He is no nonsense and to the point, and you will truly believe he is out for your best interest in both the situation and financially. I am so thankful for John, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney to represent them.

I have used Mr. Woodworth a couple of times on landlord/tenant cases. He was amazing to say the least. The only person in the world that i know that has left my husband wanting to cry when he left his office lol. He is 100% straight forward and knows the law like the back of his hand. Sadly he no longer practices Landlord Tenant Law any more cuz i could sure use him right now.

These guys helped me a lot in a motorcycle accident, I was a backpack on another persons bike and had gotten into a wreck. I have never been in an accident let alone lost something to an accident. These guys were very polite, communicative, and patient working with me through my case to make sure I received the care I deserved and was compensated accordingly. I hope to never get in another accident but if I do these guys will be my first call!!

I did not have high hopes regarding my case, as the physical injuries I sustained in my car accident were not severe enough to land me overnight in the hospital. I cannot thank everyone enough at Corson & Johnson! I was in an accident when I was still in college and thought there was nothing further I could do about the situation. I was referred to them by my friend's Mom, who is also a well respected attorney. I thought the process would be scary and complicated (as any young adult might think) but it was evident right away that their team is so KIND and AMAZING. During the entire timeline they checked up on me and kept me up to date on the process. They treated me empathetically and answered any questions I had, and I had a lot! The entire team is extremely friendly and warm, I felt like I was in someone's home at their office. They are professional and skilled at what they do, they fought hard for me despite my case being somewhat complicated. Jinoo Hwang was referred to me by another lawyer who recommended him for his skills in creating a trust that was more useful for me because it was applicable in all 50 states and not just one. Jinoo's knowledge of recent changes in trust laws were invaluable in creating a trust which is inclusive of my estate but also allows me the flexibility to designate specific things to individuals in the event of my passing. The final piece that I was impressed with was the succession of trustees and the inclusion of a third party to act as the trustee in case of need. All trustees are fiduciary and charged with administering the trust in my best interest. This final piece afforded me much peace of mind. I recommend Jinoo's services in this manner.

My mother passed away in October of 2023. I contacted Mike Romano at Schultz & Associates who came highly recommended by a realtor friend. My mothers Estate went into probate and I was the personal representative. For those who have not dealt with the probate process & laws I will tell you without a good attorney you will be lost. Mike was very patient, communicative & kind. Even when a few unexpected issues came up the probate went smoothly & closed just recently. I would recommend Mike Romano to anyone as an attorney and person you can trust who gets the job done!

I have just recently finished up a near 2 year long probate and estate case. The case was settled satisfactorily and happy to be finished. This was a long process and have some comments and concerns with choosing Mr. Wasley as my attorney. The Good: Mr. Wasley is knowledgeable and effective. He is responsive in his communication. The Challenges: Mr. Wasley counseled without Empathy. At no time did I ever feel like he cared about my case or myself. I certainly do not need hand holding, however it was quite clear I was just a number not a name. When you have lost your parent and need to go through this process, you expect some level of concern. I felt that many questions or comments I had were bothersome to him. I would think that with how much you have to pay an attorney, that he would welcome questions. I felt inside that I need to apologize for asking a question. I should have retained another attorney, but by the time I realized how it would go, I was already heavily invested. At the time of retaining an attorney, I had quite a hard time finding one available. My suggestion is that if you are in a position where you need an attorney that is somewhat friendly, personable, and empathetic, you should be careful in hiring Mr. Wasley.

My case didn't involve a lot of money. I simply needed legal advice, in a hurry, regarding my rights and the rights of a dementia patient. She was very generous with her time, and gave me solid legal and common sense advice. Megan is very couteous, very friendly and very down to earth. Her advice served me well, and if I do wind up having to retain a lawyer, she'll be the one.

My sister and I hired Megan Salsbury, with Willamette NW Law Firm, with hope she could resolve our estate issue. Megan made a lot of promises and didn't follow through with anything. After making a payment on the bill, we received no resolutions, no follow up email, and ZERO results. Do yourself a favor and hire a firm that has adequate staffing and attorneys that have experience and won't waste your time or money.

Defending people must not have proved lucrative enough. What is Not stated on their website is that they actually only defend employers and companies. A firm should not be allowed to misrepresent themselves in this way. Only working For the very entities that they advertise pursuing.

The lady Sheri who answered the phone was one of the rudest people i’ve ever spoken with. Will never be calling again due to this lady. Very unprofessional with a huge attitude. Don’t get into the field of helping people if you can’t help people without being rude.

I am posting this review to share the facts relating to my experience with this attorney. After finding that my multimillionaire corrupt ex tenant, negligently caused approximately $100,000 in damage to my home in Florence, With this tenant being the first to occupy my home, and having an agreement signed by him where he is to return the home to pre move in condition and or pay to bring it to pre move in condition. With this in hand and the tenant being corrupt, untruthful and evasive, though being more than financially capable to pay for the the damage he caused, I hired the Law Offices of Brian Cox, (specifically Brian Cox as he is the single attorney there). Cox appears to have close to 30 years of experience and informed me that they specialize in landlord tenant issues specifically representing landlords. Cox charges for every minute of his time including consultation. I shared with Cox my rental agreement and hired him to send my ex tenant a demand letter. Tenant did not pay so I hired Cox to file a suit against my ex tenant. I am one who likes to keep on top of things, despite my earlier inquiry with Cox on filing date, Cox did not file the suit till over one year since my discovery of the damage. Cox filed a breach of contract claim citing my rental agreement. If I prevailed in any way under this claim I was to be able to collect my attorney fees in addition to the amount of my damages from the tenant. Since I was looking over his work I found two careless mistakes (besides the one that ruined my case) that Cox made in supplying evidence to the defense. After several months and thousands of dollars of attorney’s fees paid to Cox, the defense attorney informed Cox that he filed my claim past the statute of limitations (which was one year). Cox and his required insurer Oregon PLF (whose job is to protect Cox and their best interest is Cox and not the party that is damaged by Cox) Suggested that I amend my complaint to common law claims such as “waste, chattel etc” A path that would be being difficult in prevailing even if I prevailed I would not be able to collect my attorney fees from the defendant which by the end of that claim would probably be over $20,000. After consulting with at least three attorneys who each informed me that the probability of prevailing under common law claims (as suggested by Cox and the PLF) would be a novelty, not likely or very difficult. Meanwhile the defense attorney filed for a summary judgement mainly based on the statute of limitations issue. The most probable outcome of this is that I would lose the case (which I lost anyway due to Cox’s error) and would be required to pay all of the defendant’s attorney fees. I was left with no choice but to hire another attorney and mitigate the damages. I settled the case between my ex tenant with no money awarded to me in exchange for not having to pay his attorney fees. I then had to hire a third attorney, who specializes in malpractice to settle and collect from the PLF. In the end after paying attorney fees to Cox, and the malpractice attorney I did not even end up with getting half of my damages paid for. I asked Cox to refund me what I paid him which he did not answer. Also, for some illogical reason the PLF is not responsible to pay back attorney fees that I paid to the attorney who is guilty of malpractice. The legal system in the country is a joke, in the end it is the attorneys who win! (Cox still got paid for his careless incompetent “work”)You simply pay the attorney for their time regardless of outcome and if they make a gross error despite how good your initial case is you are still not made whole.

Brian Cox responded promptly to my inquiry, and was very clear on what he would need to assist us in deciding how to proceed with our case. And the response we received was from him directly - he didn't just pass us off to his assistant, which I appreciate! She touted herself as an expert in Domestic partner. This was before gay marriage was legal. It cost me $12,000 dollars. I had to declare bankrupt, I lost house Lost everything. I did get a nice bouquet of flowers for my 12 grand. If it's the same receptionist, she smells awful. Like a wet ashtray. Save your money, go call Saul. I hired Ms. Crakes to divide the retirement benefits that I was awarded in my divorce. I found her to be very knowledgeable. There were several different types of benefits to be divided, and she was able to answer my questions and explain the process in a way that I found easy to understand. She completed the work promptly and I felt that she looked out for my interests throughout.

Called Bryon and spoke with him one time, he told me to call him back when I needed his services. I called him back and he was always in a meeting, left numerous messages to call me back, he never once called, zero call backs... That's not how you do business... Don't waste your time, he doesn't get it!
