I was on the verge of financial collapse, and they were able to help me get back on stable ground. I genuinely hope they are aware of how much they truly help people. I had ARAG insurance so they paid this man for my services. I'm guessing since it was a guaranteed paycheck he didn't feel he had to work. This was a contested adoption. He didn't represent me in anyway. He just showed up. He let the other side walk all over me and make a fool out of me. He never objected to anything they said. He just sat there for 4 days in court. He helped ruin my families life's. He didnt even bother to call me when the judge ruled. I had to find out by cops banging down my door like a criminal and taking my grandson from me. And on top of all that my insurance paid this man 100% and today after 4 months after the worst day of my life I get a bill from him saying I owed for his PARKING TICKETS during the trial!!!!

I hired Tim for 3 years for post divorce custody. I would recommend never hiring tim. He was unprepared in court, lost the documents I gave him. He would copy documents I previously saw on the internet then bill me $1000 and claim he wrote them.
When I fired him and got my file from his office, they gave me part of my file a part of someone else’s. He send inappropriate emails with no body and three word in the subject line that doesn’t make sense.

Lee was hired for dissolution of marriage and to obtain sole custody of my niece. From September-January there was no progress but it was always the other sides fault….
Upon hiring Stephanie Brinkerhoff through Steven Dieg’s firm, she was able to obtain sole custody of my niece, with all rights signed away by adoptive father, and everything else that was requested. She did this in a matter of 8 hours. After waiting for 4 months with Lee Veazy with nothing accomplished. Lee gave the impression sole custody was impossible with Indiana’s parenting time guidelines and 50/50 was the best possible outcome. He should be ashamed to even charge for his ‘time’. He didn’t take any of this as seriously as it should have been taken. Just another case. Extremely poor communication and he seemed very ill prepared at the initial hearing. Ms. Brinkerhoff came in extremely prepared and even discovered $250k+ in entitled funds that Lee never mentioned. If you need a great attorney to get the job done, get Stephanie at Dieg’s!

Wish I could give 0 stars. It's a debt collections place so, clearly, they won't get many positive reviews. My personal experience for this though, is I have been paying for the past couple years every month on time, even early (even went in person a couple times and paid a month in advance and talked with them about advancing it). I got a letter threatening my work pay, and them monitoring my job status. I have proof in receipts they give from the office and online payments of it all, and so should they (hopefully). I found the lawyers name and emailed him stating I was worried if there was an issue and was confused as to why I received this, because I have kept up with everything needed, even months early. I also stated there was proof in the receipts I was given and is in their records, and also on the website. He then only responded that I haven't been doing the agreed upon terms and they will continue to monitor my job; he clearly didn't care to look into it. I know I have nothing to worry about since I've been paying what was agreed and will continue to, and have proof of it all. It was just so uncomfortable, not professional at all, and made me gather every proof I had just in case and I shouldn't have to do that. Reading other reviews, it seems intimidation is a key method for them.
