Our business is very niche, so our legal requirements are can be complex, unusual and take time. Frank streamlines the legal process, helps us make strong Legal and Business decisions. More importantly they have help us collect on Tens of Thousands of dollars of Loss of Use revenue and damage claims.

Seth and I have worked together on the creation of a LLC entity holding a long distance real estate investment property.
He frequently went above and beyond to ensure the work was as perfect as possible. He always made sure to answer my multiple questions nicely and fully while providing transparency of the whole end to end process. Once the entity was created and he received his payment he still made sure I had everything I needed and stayed very responsive to my emails.

Josh is a very professional yet personal attorney. He cares enough to look over the whole case, to find and act on the inconsistencies in the discovery. He listened and supported my defense without making me feel uncomfortable in any way. In 2003 I retained Stephen to strategize and file all SEC documents on my behalf in a proxy contest election (which I won). We are so happy to have accidentally discovered Jelsing Tri West & Andruss PLLC in Everett, where Mark Jelsing practices. We couldn't be happier with everyone. We went to the firm for a different matter, but when it came time to work on some estate planning, Mark was the best. As a recent graduate, when he didn't know an answer to something (we had a very complex situation involving multiple entities and states), he was able to get some advice from his dad, who is a founding member of the firm. He also did a brilliant job handling a very special and extremely urgent estate matter that popped up on us unexpectedly. Mark has been involved in this probate/estate case for nearly a year. I think I was one of his first clients. Boy did he get a good case to learn from! I became a widow after only 6 months of marriage and we had not taken care of wills, deeds, insurance, etc. So you can imagine the mess Mark had to try and get to the bottom of. I can say that through his diligence and my determination, I was able to save our home from foreclosure and after a year, was able to purchase our home from the bank. Oh, and by the way, the ex-wifes name was on the bank note, not the deed, but the bank didn't want to talk to me. Let me also include, to make matters worse, that the person named executor to our estate, nearly 12 years ago, was no longer fond of the deceased. It has been an uphill battle that is not finished, but, Mark has carried me with his determination, willingness to find the right path, forging ahead like a bulldog, and continues to move forward. This case is probably one of the most frustrating cases Mark will see in a long time, which could be the reason no other attorney I contacted was willing to take. Although the reason for needing an attorney is sad, Mark has worked hard to see the positive in everything he has done. He listened to my story with empathy and endured the many days of tears.
Thank You Mark for your professionalism, empathy hard work and enduring spirit.

Amy immediately broke down any cynicism I had about dealing with attorneys. She did so with her professionalism, honesty and ability to communicate. She took an awkward situation and reliably made the right decisions and did what was best for me and the case. When necessary, she was quick to address "bad news" directly, but with appropriate sympathy and sincerity.
At no time did I ever feel "nickel-and-dimed" or taken advantage of. In fact, I believe she took every available opportunity to reduce the risk of unnecessary charges, maintaining concern for my budget as if it were her own. Deane worked with us on our son's independent adoption. There were some complications with the birth father but those were worked out in a timely and efficient manner. From the time we first met to the finalization of the adoption was 4 months. It would have been 4-6 weeks had it not been for the paternal termination of rights.
What I liked best about Deane was his communication and professionalism. Whenever I talk to friends who have adopted through agencies, they describe a long and drawn out process and inattention from lawyers and social workers. Our experience was exactly the opposite. We are very happy that Deane was referred to us and served us well.

Mr. Fisher represented me in a civil matter recently. We obtained a judgment and have been successful in collecting from the other side. He advised on the best course of action to take and backed up his recommendation with applicable statutes and contingency plans that we could take, should the need to do so arise.

Gave retainer in March 2017 to have IRS form 843 submitted. I did a follow up with him beginning in June 2017 and after repeated calls and emails I finally got a call in July of 2017. he didn't submit power of attorney form in March but is doing it now (July 2017). in August he made a correction or clarification on the filing of the 2848 form.I attempted several follow up calls and emails from November 2017 through my last on in January 2018. None have been responded too. Finally decided I had no choice but to first dispute my charges with my credit card company so I could get my retainer back, fire Nic, and now get someone else to file the form 843 for me. I'm pretty patient and allowed him ample time to make progress (over 10 months) and in the end, he barely took the time to file form 2848 (power of attorney) with the IRS. Lack of professionalism by not doing the work, not keeping me informed, not returning my calls, and not responding to my emails. I wasn't over the top in my requests....perhaps three messages and two or three follow up emails from August 2017 to January 2018. Now I had to take the time to actually sit here and write this complaint. You now owe me for my time Nic.

Deeply unprofessional and discriminatory conduct from Theresa Lorella and this firm. Unethical law firm that refuses to provide an itemized receipt. Ms Lorella sold herself as being capable of the most difficult divorce settlements but after 3 months and tens of thousands of dollars later she was incapable of doing even the bare minimum such as get my non marital personal property back. Ms Lorella also engages in bigoted behavior and when her firm disciplined her for the matter she quit the next day in retaliation. If you are a member of any marginalized community you do not want to hire this law firm.
I also believe there was a fraudulent use of funds and Ms Lorella’s relationship with opposing counsel was a serious issue. I do not believe she operated in good faith. Must be nice to collect a six figure paycheck off of the dissolution of families.

Leach was hired to represent me in a real estate litigation. After 5 years, Leach was appointed to a judge position and was unable to continue working on the case. To make matters worse, in that 5 year time period Leach never prepared the case for trial. I'm currently searching for a new attorney to take over the case for tril.
