Our business is very niche, so our legal requirements are can be complex, unusual and take time. Frank streamlines the legal process, helps us make strong Legal and Business decisions. More importantly they have help us collect on Tens of Thousands of dollars of Loss of Use revenue and damage claims.
It is nice to know that we have a Law firm that works hard for us and cares about our financial profitability. I would highly recommend Frank and his group they are simply fantastic.

Seth and I have worked together on the creation of a LLC entity holding a long distance real estate investment property.
He frequently went above and beyond to ensure the work was as perfect as possible. He always made sure to answer my multiple questions nicely and fully while providing transparency of the whole end to end process. Once the entity was created and he received his payment he still made sure I had everything I needed and stayed very responsive to my emails.

Josh is a very professional yet personal attorney. He cares enough to look over the whole case, to find and act on the inconsistencies in the discovery. He listened and supported my defense without making me feel uncomfortable in any way. Stephen was my securities lawyer, when I was rasing money for an internet company I founded in 1998; which we successfully sold in June of 2000. In 2003 I retained Stephen to strategize and file all SEC documents on my behalf in a proxy contest election (which I won). Since 2003 he has handled all the securities work for my firm, including a partial self tender offer and defending two proxy contest against my company. Amy immediately broke down any cynicism I had about dealing with attorneys. She did so with her professionalism, honesty and ability to communicate. She took an awkward situation and reliably made the right decisions and did what was best for me and the case. At no time did I ever feel "nickel-and-dimed" or taken advantage of. Deane worked with us on our son's independent adoption. There were some complications with the birth father but those were worked out in a timely and efficient manner. From the time we first met to the finalization of the adoption was 4 months. It would have been 4-6 weeks had it not been for the paternal termination of rights.
What I liked best about Deane was his communication and professionalism. Whenever I talk to friends who have adopted through agencies, they describe a long and drawn out process and inattention from lawyers and social workers. Our experience was exactly the opposite. We are very happy that Deane was referred to us and served us well.

We are so happy to have accidentally discovered Jelsing Tri West & Andruss PLLC in Everett, where Mark Jelsing practices. We couldn't be happier with everyone. We went to the firm for a different matter, but when it came time to work on some estate planning, Mark was the best. As a recent graduate, when he didn't know an answer to something (we had a very complex situation involving multiple entities and states), he was able to get some advice from his dad, who is a founding member of the firm. He also did a brilliant job handling a very special and extremely urgent estate matter that popped up on us unexpectedly. Mark has been involved in this probate/estate case for nearly a year. I think I was one of his first clients. Boy did he get a good case to learn from! I became a widow after only 6 months of marriage and we had not taken care of wills, deeds, insurance, etc. So you can imagine the mess Mark had to try and get to the bottom of. I can say that through his diligence and my determination, I was able to save our home from foreclosure and after a year, was able to purchase our home from the bank. Oh, and by the way, the ex-wifes name was on the bank note, not the deed, but the bank didn't want to talk to me. Let me also include, to make matters worse, that the person named executor to our estate, nearly 12 years ago, was no longer fond of the deceased. It has been an uphill battle that is not finished, but, Mark has carried me with his determination, willingness to find the right path, forging ahead like a bulldog, and continues to move forward. This case is probably one of the most frustrating cases Mark will see in a long time, which could be the reason no other attorney I contacted was willing to take. Although the reason for needing an attorney is sad, Mark has worked hard to see the positive in everything he has done. He listened to my story with empathy and endured the many days of tears.
Thank You Mark for your professionalism, empathy hard work and enduring spirit.

"We are extremely disappointed with the services we received from M' at Genesis. Despite having solid evidence to support our case, she advised us not to present it to the court, resulting in a prolonged and frustrating legal battle. After putting down a small retainer, M' quickly exhausted it on a single motion, followed by a bill that exceeded $800. Despite our attempts to communicate our dissatisfaction, Genesis never responded, and M' never offered an apology.
We eventually decided to represent ourselves and, contrary to her repeated warnings, successfully won full custody. The very evidence she advised us not to use was pivotal in our victory. Our experience with her was marked by condescension and a lack of attention to crucial details about our case and children. It became clear that her focus was more on financial gain than on genuinely assisting us.
I strongly advise anyone considering working with an LLT to think twice and shop around before choosing M' or Genesis. Our three-year ordeal could have been avoided with better guidance. There are many resources available, from free consultations to online legal advice, that can help you navigate the system without falling victim to costly and ineffective representation.
While M' may initially come across as competent and trustworthy, our experience suggests otherwise. We were left feeling disrespected, misled, and financially drained. I would not recommend her or Genesis to anyone seeking fair and effective legal support."

If you are in the unfortunate situation where you are in need of a family law attorney, Genesis Law is the way to go. I have never needed an attorney before, so frankly, I didn't know what to look for when I needed one. Genesis has a reputation for honesty, even ending things with clients if they find out they have been lying. My experience with Sean Moore at Genesis lived up to that reputation.
My case was a pretty complex and contested divorce (involving military benefits, four small children, a Guardian ad litem and a psychological evaluation). There were many hearings, an attempt at mediation and we eventually ended up in a 4 day long trial.
There were many delays and difficulties in this case, and Sean Moore competently dealt with all of it. The opposing side had severe, untreated mental health issues which made it difficult to anticipate what bizarre talking point would be brought up in a hearing and in trial. Sean Moore was both strategic and flexible in trial as needed in this situation.
I guess it is probably in poor taste to say someone "won" or "lost" in a divorce trial, so i'll just say that my children are now safe, i'm getting some compensation, and the other side's time with the children is severely limited until they receive and maintain mental health treatment. Thanks to Sean Moore, everything that should have rightfully happened in this case is now in effect.

Gave retainer in March 2017 to have IRS form 843 submitted. I did a follow up with him beginning in June 2017 and after repeated calls and emails I finally got a call in July of 2017. he didn't submit power of attorney form in March but is doing it now (July 2017). in August he made a correction or clarification on the filing of the 2848 form.I attempted several follow up calls and emails from November 2017 through my last on in January 2018. None have been responded too. Finally decided I had no choice but to first dispute my charges with my credit card company so I could get my retainer back, fire Nic, and now get someone else to file the form 843 for me. I'm pretty patient and allowed him ample time to make progress (over 10 months) and in the end, he barely took the time to file form 2848 (power of attorney) with the IRS. Lack of professionalism by not doing the work, not keeping me informed, not returning my calls, and not responding to my emails. I wasn't over the top in my requests....perhaps three messages and two or three follow up emails from August 2017 to January 2018. Now I had to take the time to actually sit here and write this complaint. You now owe me for my time Nic.

Although Nathan got me the initial paperwork the amount of money spent was not worth it. He failed to update the judge as required. Failed to submit paperwork I requested him too. Failed to explain billing. Failed to follow the judges order. Always wanted more and more money and accomplished nothing. Then when he wanted an additional 5 to ten thousand dollars and I just paid my rearage and refurbished my escrow he dumped me claiming it was not paid in time. Not true the payment through MI billing recieved the payment the morning of the 30th. Unless you have a fat wallet and can dump tens of thousands on these guys do not use them they are all about money with no results. 20,000 dollars later I get my butt chewed by the judge because Nathan did not do his job then dumped me with nothing to show but a twenty thousand dollar debt. Now I have to redo all of the paperwork myself thanks for nothing Nathan. Over billed with no results.

I’m charged for every time I email or call for an update that I don’t get. Leach was hired to represent me in a real estate litigation. After 5 years, Leach was appointed to a judge position and was unable to continue working on the case. To make matters worse, in that 5 year time period Leach never prepared the case for trial. I'm currently searching for a new attorney to take over the case for tril.
