I was lied to by an attorney at this firm with a misrepresentation of their role and my rights, and was dropped when I raised concern. Given the potential malpractice, I was stuck in years of a wild goose chase, trying to find an attorney who would be transparent about my case and reach a resolution.

After much research, I found Mr. West online and left a voice message. He called me back that same evening and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining my situation, and answering questions, all before he was even hired. It was an incredible pleasure to have Mr. West represent me. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional; a complete expert in his field. He is responsive (as busy as he is), accommodating and has a genuine empathy for helping others. I cannot recommend this professional enough! It was a great experience, and without him, my matter would not have been resolved in my favor! He's the best!

I found Mr. West by luck searching the internet. I had never needed legal counsel before in my life & was new to how things worked. I really needed someone in my corner. Well I am so glad I found him. He was knowledgeable, understanding, & went above and beyond for me. He always answered my calls & emails and gave me peace of mind that I was in good hands. Retained Mr. Elias to work on an estate affair. He did not follow up on anything and we would have to call for weeks before he returned a phone call if at all. Had to hire another lawyer to represent us. Traumatized after having to deal with this after the death of a loved family member.

She tries hard to make you feel like she knows what she's doing and has a handle on the situation, but was filled with unanswered questions and what would seem like a simple solutions into a messy, painful, & unnecessary costly mess. Save yourself . Pass on this one and find a more seasoned attorney.

She unfortunately was not 100% forthcoming nor transparant in her dealings with us. Even though we asked the same questions over again for clarity, on multiple occasions, Ms. Esposito refused to comply with a direct answer to a direct question. Guessing and confusion took over as a dubious nature began to emerge. Maybe this was only a "one-time" event, as I feel remorseful even posting this. Im sure that she does well for other clients, however, we will not be seeking her services ever again.

I had left Atlantic Health after being an employed physician. I was named in a Medical malpractice case for care that occurred when I was an Atlantic Health employee. I decided to ask for my own attorney, which was my right. Mr Brown “represented” me in a malpractice case, but it really seemed as though he was really representing Atlantic Health (co-defendant) not me. He often represents Atlantic Health, and in retrospect I think he cared more about preserving that relationship than acting in my best interests. I could have paid for my own independent lawyer, but Mr Brown talked me out of that.
Another doctor gave a deposition in the case, and I never received a copy of the deposition.
Mr Brown did not make every effort to secure an expert to defend me. He did not follow through on all of the leads I gave him for experts, and he never even sent my records to an expert for a formal review. Instead he got a “sidewalk consult” from an expert who apparently told mr brown that the case wasn’t defendable. I have no way to verify that. When the time came for my deposition, Atlantic decided to settle rather than allow me to defend myself.
In retrospect, I wish I had paid for my own independent lawyer. I think Mr Brown was conflicted- and that he never really represented me.
He responded with hostility when I tried to push for my own deposition, and when I tried to get him to formally hire an expert to defend me (presumably because doing so would have cost Atlantic $)
