I missed two appointments due to my sons medical condition. I did call and let the secretary know about what had happened and hoping to reschedule. She refused due to policy . I was just turned away while needing assistance. So sad she turned away a customer not knowing that she makes the company look unprofessional.

I used this lawyer for help on a civil matter of a home. It was well handled considering I contacted him after the initial DAVIS case came out of the courthouse. The case was rather complicated by another person's bankruptcy filing and felony charges. This shows that Brian Ross can handle very complicated and challenging cases when there is not a clear cut path and the counter-party is not the average participant.
I did not move forward with a court proceeding due to the high costs of trial. The outcome would have been better if I had found Brian Ross earlier in the process. The message is to hire a great lawyer early in a legal dispute. If you need a second thought it would be to put this law firm on your speed dial and call early if a problem arises.
I found about this law firm through a friend. It is a Texas law firm and able to handle all size cases due to the great staff of attorneys. I would use him and the law firm again.

Mr Brian Ross tried to help me with a dispute over a house. The case was very complicated and the other side was a convicted felon in bankruptcy. He did a good job of putting together the important facts. I did not go forward due to the amount of court costs and the knowledge that I was dealing with a felon that committed additional crimes against two real estate firms and myself. I wish I had the money to pursue the case to its conclusion due to the very high financial loss that I endured.
Brain Ross is a great listener and has a great moral compass. I really liked him and could see this man as mayor of Fort Worth. This is a good contracts lawyer.

I only called Sawyer about some questions I had that I did not feel my attorney was answering correctly. Brad was very professional and extremely helpful. Gave me every piece of information that I needed. He actually even told me that it would be in my best interest to stay with the attorney I had, as I would make less money if I acquired another attorney. I could not have asked for more. I had a cps case and was about to lose my children to the state, the worst feeling I ever had !!! Janeen told me what I needed to do and was HONEST regardless of how blunt she had to be. I loved it, she did not sugar coat anything, she told me how it was. So if you can't take bluntness and accept you're the one that made the mistakes that would be the only reason I would say look elsewhere. BUT if you want your cps case taken care this IS THE WOMAN PERIOD !!!!!!!!! She actually cares about you and your FAMILY. And she was my court appointed lawyer. After the case was dismissed she told me if cps shows up for any reason DO NOT let them in, shut the door and call her immediately and she would take care of MY FAMILY and I. A WONDERFUL WOMEN.
