Being in the accident was stressful, but they made everything after easier. Sophie Schwartz held my hand through the whole thing and didn’t laugh at me when I asked for my case number for the 10 time. She took care of the stuff I was too overwhelmed to handle- like finding a doctor and a repair place. And she replied promptly to my questions with exactly the answer I needed.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences regarding being a client at Glassman and Zissimopulos with John Kelly as my attorney. This time in my life was easily the most traumatic and terrifying experience in my life. I was arrested and falsely accused in an effort to take my freedom and my baby away from me for good. It was initially successful until John Kelly came into the case. Even with the trauma and shock I was immediately put at ease with Mr Kelly’s presence and calm professional demeanor. He clearly knows and understands the law and I learned a lot as this case moved forward for a grueling several weeks. My life and the lives of my family hung in the balance while my whole family struggled with the injustice that was done to me and my children. Mr Kelly did not rush our meetings and took the time to educate and assure me of the plan moving forward. The first time seeing him in action in court in front of the judge was truly impressive. Mr. Nieson heard my "story" about issues I had with a general contractor behind schedule, as well as, issues regarding permits and an insurance claim. I took over 30 minutes. He listened, then he took less than 15 minutes to identify the key issues from a legal standpoint and action steps that could take to remedy the situation myself. I had a consultation. If I need any help, I would definitely hire him. I felt at ease in his office with his friendly manner. I also felt confident in his knowledge and expertise regarding general contractors and resources provided by the city.

I am the owner of a shopping center in Florida. I had hired an attorney to represent me in a faulty roof installation case. The suit was going nowhere, so i hired Don to represent me in the case. He was able to obtain a settlement that not only allowed me to install a new roof but I received reimbursement for legal fees. Additionally, my daughter was being sued for misrepresentation about the condition of her roof when she sold her Orlando home. After two years of working with two other attorneys in an effort to settle the suit i suggested that she contact Don. She did employ him and, as in my case, Don settled the case in a relatively short period of time and my daughter was very satisfied with the result. I cannot say enough about Don's ability and professionalism in handling both cases and I would recommend him without hesitation.

A few years ago, out of the blue, I received an IRS notice that if I didn't pay a large amount of money my bank account would be commandeered. The stars must have led me to Sarah's firm. After the requisite deep breathing, my issues were addressed in a timely manner, the iRS was held at bay and a fair resolution was found. Last year my identity was stolen and my return was filed by someone else. In response the IRS made up a return of their own and inaccurately assessed me for a significantly larger amount than I actually owed. What mad this even more disconcerting was the negative impact it would have on my child's college financial aid. Sarah immediately leapt into the fray, showed the financial aid people the error of the IRS' ways and helped me maintain the financial aid. She was great, responsive, sensitive and appropriately aggressive.

Yong was hired to help me with my real estate legal needs. He helped me with drafting a lease and addendums as well as our property management needs, such as notices and evictions. I am writing this on behalf of my close friend who needed some help.
We needed to file a motion with the court for an urgent manner. It was on a Friday and it was the Friday before the week of Thanksgiving....Well if you know anything about the court systems or judges they do not usually move very quickly nor do they handle matters on Friday's. Especially not the weekend before the holidays. I reached out to Miles Kinsell and his WONDERFUL paralegal Libby picked up the phone right away. I briefly explained my situation and she told me she would call me back. Her and Miles made a few phone calls and the next thing I know we had a signed approval by the judge in less than 24 HOURS!!! If you only knew how quick Miles and his group work you would never choose another attorney again. They get the job done. Oh and I have seen Miles in action in the courtroom and all I can say is.....absolute Bulldog would not want anyone else in my corner. Thank you Miles and Libby...you guys are wonderful!!

Attorney Christian A. was helping us, we had a telephone consultation in which he explained the steps to us. In the middle of the process we had questions and called the office in Gainsville, Megan answered the phone very rude and said she couldn't help us and hung up immediately, shortly afterwards we called again and she continued saying that she could not help us without giving us space to explain, the services were paid for by our legal plan and not obtained.

Sold my home by owner and Mr. Moreno was referred to me. He made what could have been a nightmare into the easiest transaction possible. I found the buyer, he drew up the contract. I then delivered the earnest money check and the signed contract. He did the rest. His office staff kept me informed all along the way and they were courteous and polite. We, (my family & me) found ourselves embroiled in a nasty dispute with a local neighbor in a very rural neighborhood. We purchased almost 24 acres more than 17 years ago to escape the confines of HOA' rules and regulations and nosy neighbors. We are ardent second amendment supporters, and we like our ATV's and Dirt Bikes. Hence, we bought enough property so we could enjoy our type of lifestyle. After more 16 years of doing just this without any interference, newcomers to the neighborhood moved in across the street and abruptly advised us that both our dirt bikes and guns were disturbing them and we needed to cease and desist our lifestyle. Footnote: We keep our property in pristine condition. This culminated in the neighbors calling the Marion County Sheriff's Office on us virtually every time we shoot our guns (more than 20 times). Notwithstanding, their property is more than 1700 feet or 3 full football fields away from where we shoot and in the opposite direction. This ultimately resulted in a repeat violence and stalking allegations filed against us in court.
We hired Mr. Brad Willard as our attorney. Where do I begin?
1. Attentive 2. Talented 3. Available on a moment’s notice 4. Detailed oriented. 5. He listens to you.
But more than all of that, he literally destroyed our neighbor’s testimony. I mean DESTROYED our neighbor when he got him on the witness stand. He exposed his lies, his made-up stories, and exposed him for exactly what he was trying to do. Our neighbor tried bringing New York City values and gun laws to rural Marion County. Mr. Willard protected us from him and those restrictions and for that we are most grateful to him and his law firm. Highly respected and highly recommend. Mr. Willard is a true skilled trial attorney and brings a wealth of experience to his clients. I would not like to be on the other side of him in a court room!
