Mr. Sysko and his team represented me regarding a recent clearance decision. From the beginning, you could tell he had taken on many clearance cases in the past, as he was very knowledgeable of my situation and what was needed to provide a strong appeal. When I first spoke with him, Mr. Sysko was very realistic about the possible outcome, which I greatly appreciated. The worst experience! I filed for divorce in August of 2022 before the divorce laws changed even though the law changes went into effect on October 1,2023 and did not apply to cases filed prior to that she enforced the changes which only benefited my ex. As my counsel Amanda Schmidt never made me aware of the changes or how they would affect my case and just took it upon herself to make the changes without notifying me until it was to late. Sadly my ex husband could have won this case without an attorney representing him with the new law changes.

This lawyer literally is the worst at communicating with people. She threatens and demeans opposing parties. She doesnt know the law shes practicing and continues to threaten filing contempt and other things all while opposing parties are in the legal parameters of agreement. She uses scare tactics and fluff language in her emails to get what she wants. She is awful
