My partner had pushed me to call around to some law firms about what happened to me at work. First off D Law were the only ones that called me back from all of the law firms that I called. I guess the other law firms don’t want money?
D Law has been speedy and professional. I have been very impressed. They will call you or email you to set up a time for them to ask you questions. And from there, (along with a few documents they need from you), they will let you know if they feel that they/ you have a case. And my lawyer, (Cathe), within the law firm is stellar and very nice. You’re in good hands with this law firm.

I got a DUI and was referred to David Chesley by a colleague who also had a previous case. I must say I am satisfied by the results and it was cheaper than other law offices. Communication was key and I felt like I wasn’t alone in this case. When I got the DUI, I thought my consequences would have been the worst. My lawyer informed me that she will do her best and not to worry. In the end, she delivered and I highly recommend Law Offices of David Chesley.

contacted Anthony about a neighborhood nuisance issue. After the first appointment for which the first thing he did was to charge me a fee (it's okay), we discussed my case and he gave me instructions to document and gather evidence. After sending him everything, he simply stopped answering me, he has disappeared.
I understand this was probably not the most exciting case of his career, but he’s also a burbank lawyer and not exactly a rockstar, if you know what I mean. So there is no reason to be that difficult. I find it a bit harsh to be ghosted by a lawyer who has neither the courtesy nor the decency nor the professionalism to clearly refuse a case, but evade and waste everyone's time. This is definitely not an adult behavior.

I am a landlord, and while I usually get along well with my tenants, I had a difficult tenant who caused significant damage to my property (among other things). I had the privilege of working with Mr. Henrik Sardarbegian after a slip-and-fall incident in a store. His legal representation turned a daunting situation into a positive outcome.
When I slipped due to an invisible water spill, I felt lost and frustrated. I hired her in 2016 to handle a case for me at the time I felt that she was doing an admiral job, boy did I find out I was sleeping with the enemy. In September 2017 I asked her in a e-mail to cc me any and all communication with opposing counsel which she agreed to do, never once did she send me any correspondence between the parties, then while I was going thru mediation she informed me that I needed to take out a loan for 3 grand to pay for the session I mind u I haven’t worked since 2016, but I did what was asked of me, come to find out thru opposing counsel I should have never taken out a loan for the mediation in fact he told me they pay for half and if I would have settled they would have paid it all, but the story becomes more wild once I confronted her about it she told me that the mediation costed 2750 so I asked her where’s the other 250 never got a response. That brings me today I settled a case on 8/3/18 with Farmers with Ms Roca as counsel, I had been trying to contact Ms Roca for about 3 weeks to ascertain when would the check be available never once did I get a reply, so I went to opposing counsel and boy did I find out some things first off I was told that not only has she been given the check she also cashed it and where not talking days but weeks. So I went to we’re her office is located at we work in Pasadena I checked in and had a seat to wait to speak with her,after about 15 min security and the maintenance personal came up to me and stated that I was not allowed on the property any longer I mind you I have becoming there for almost two yrs and was just there last Friday to retrieve my file that was thrown in a box missing all kinds of documents that are pertinent to my case. I plan on filing a complaint with the bar and other legal remedies that I am afforded

I was involved in an accident and in a lot of pain. I contacted Ms. Roca and she was able to help me find a specialist who would treat me while the case was still pending. She not only got all of my medical bills taken care of, but also money for the time I missed from work! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! She was always available to answer any questions I had, and took care of all the calls from the insurance company so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Overall A++ experience!

Unfortunately I had my worst experience with Ani Avetisyan for my divorce case. She is NOT an experienced attorney as she claims and charges for. Not only I lost all my rights with her, I was being overcharged by Ani Avetisyan; for writing hundred of pages to RFO's (as an essay fees) and charging over 20 hours to prepare a declaration, and talking too much. Yet she couldn't even make the judge hear her. After firing her, she still came to my hearings sat for full day, I believe she doesn't have lots of clients since she can invest all her day siting in the courthouse for a full day for someone (case) who she doesn't even represent. Her office in the Granda Hills was her house garage converted to office. Afterwards I went to LACBA Arbitration with her, And I won the case and confirmed that she did overcharged me with huge amount of $17,552 within two and a half months. She charged me before taking my case; now she's facing a violation of business and Professions code 6148 beside the other violations. She purposely called me to talk on the phone for hours, yet she writes hundred of pages just to charge you. Also she disclosed my private case documents including my settlement to the arbitrator. Still today she didn't refund me my overcharged fees and she's trying to vacate the LACBA's judgment.
This shows how unethical attorney she is. It's so sad that I trusted her yet she takes an advantage of my vulnerable situation. Be Very Cautious before you hire her!!
