Zelkowitz, Esq. since the summer of 2017 when I injured my hand and the firm was referred to me by the providers of my disability insurance. Never did I think I would need an attorney for my straight forward injury and claim... I was wrong. Thankfully my path was gratefully blessed with Mr. Joel Zelkowitz from the very beginning. He has handled everything with getting my disability insurance policy activated without issue and has done so with me being many states away. Joel quickly and diligently handles any matters that arise and deals with them directly. Mr. Zelkowitz always takes time to explain to me the importance of each and every thing that he does for my case. He truly is my advocate. He is NEVER too busy for me and has always made extra time for me during my more "stressed" times. I appreciate Joel is never shy about asking for other's opinions in his firm as well.

Kali is that needle in the haystack that you are looking for everywhere - very hard to find a lawyer like her between all the hay that is around here.
I have been working with Kali for over a year on a family court case about the best interest of our child and have been successful in every one of my requests because of her. In a nutshell, without the need to mention names I initially went to a good experienced veteran lawyer and was surprised when he lost his confidence in our family's case and suddenly wanted to settle for less (basically to convince us to settle case for personal property damages only). Then we met Kristen & she believed in our case. Kristen took over the case, worked on it diligently, and eventually hit a home run. She was very bright and did a great job in handling our case. Why aren't all lawyers this honest, this competent, and this customer-focused? Weisbrot literally saved our mid-sized company with a rousing success in a multi-million dollar lawsuit. We reserved $75,000 in legal fees and basically wrote off a potential judgment of $1,5 million. When the dust settled, he recovered a fairly sizable award for US, and his fees were unexpectedly reasonable. more importantly, he was So client focused.
