I contacted him because I felt there was no hope to continue working as a nurse with my charges. Child endangerment. It was an absolute bs charge. But as a nurse I felt my career was over. I contacted him to help me figure out how I go about turning my license in. He would nearly plead with me to not give up and that there's no doubt someone would hire me. I was super skeptical but I listened. It's been 2 years now and I was hired at 2 facilities and 1 waiting until im officially off probation. I am so grateful for him continuing to contact me and not just letting me fall thru the cracks cus I ignored a few emails here and there cus like I said I thought there was no hope. Because of this, my fiance is able to finally come to America after 3 years of trying. I was able to buy a house. I am dealing with a fairly complicated estate probate with grandkids who even stole and totaled a car then wouldn’t leave the house when I had to sell it. Mr Lane took care of getting them out, got the house sold and I was able to move on to my new life without my life partner. I’m just glad we planned our Wills so everything went smoothly.

I recently attended a party and within 20 minutes of getting there, the police were on the scene. Unfortunately, for me I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. A few weeks after the party and to my surprise, I received a citation for underage possession and consumption of alcohol.
A friend who he represented in a different case recommended attorney Creigh Martson. Attorney Martson was professional, knowledgeable, direct and concise. I was leaving for college in two months and was worried that I would lose my license. He was direct and straightforward with his answers. He listened attentively and was empathetic to my situation. He offered several options and gave different scenarios on how the case could go. I also felt he was sincerely interested in me as a person, who I was, what my goals were and interest.
The next day he followed up by email and had the hearing schedule for two weeks following. During the two weeks he followed up with emails updating me on the case. To my satisfaction, the case was won in my favor.

Creigh was very helpful in my second DUI case. I have a professional license and it was imperative that I was able to be well represented. Creigh reviewed all scenarios good and bad with me, and he even made suggestions for me to take action early on in the process to avoid jail time. He made no promises he couldn't keep, and was very thorough in my case. I'm aware that he has many cases to deal with, but when we were together, I felt like I was the only caseload he was working on. I would definitely use Creigh again in the future.

Do not look any further for an attorney, you found the best one out there with Attorney Zimmerman! I moved my custody and support case to Chan and Associates after two years of being with representation that promised the world but didn’t deliver anything but a big bill. It was the best decision I have ever made. Attorney Zimmerman has resolved all of my issues with custody and support and it was done fast and efficiently! I spent too many nights staying up worrying about court cases but I completely trust Attorney Zimmerman to handle anything that happens. In 2011, I had to file for bankruptcy. I called Chad Julius. During our first meeting, he explained the process and what I needed to do. At one point I was starting to feel scared and nervous. Chad told me I should feel relieved.
His instructions were: tell my creditors I was filing bankruptcy. Give them his information. Call him when they called me. When I told one of my creditors about my filing they were so furious I became upset. When I called Chad I was severely shaking. He told me not to worry about it (things got easier as time went on). If I had to leave a message Chad got back to me in a timely manner. Chad Julius was there every step of the way.

Craig has handled a number of cases for my company, and he's fantastic to work with. In fact, we often have to remind ourselves that not *ALL* our various local counsel in different places are so competent. Craig's great with communication, but otherwise, you can send him a box of documentation and just assume the case is handled - no hand-holding needed. He is able to work magic for us, winning issues we'd never have thought we'd prevail on. He's got a great support staff as well, and they're easy and pleasant to work with, but I appreciate that, most of the time, Craig answers his own phone and is readily available.

I am a client of Stuart Sacks and not only does he fail to provide advice but he has such a generalized understanding of the law I’m not sure he’s ever correct about anything specific. I’ve had to babysit and redirect all of his efforts and decisions to wrangle any outcomes resembling success. He will let your affairs circle the drain for years as he milks your accounts, and when it’s all done you’ll be wondering what you paid for. If you’re considering Stuart because you’re trying to save money, his rate may be attractive but you will spend double on his wasteful approach- or better yet for another attorney to take over and get caught up over all the lost time spent working with and talking to Stuart sacks- I promise, for me anything I’ve said to him has been a waste of my breath.
He can’t advise on business matters because he’s not a business person
He will start fights in your family, as I’m sure he has in his own. Not emotionally intelligent for a man so experienced.
