Our daughter was involved in a tragic accident at a major amusement park. We felt that those injuries and lack of care were the result of negligence and/or incompetence. We conferred with friends who were experts in the legal field and recommended the law firm of Lagomarsino and Associates. It was the best decision we could make as a family.
From our original consultation to trial, Andre Lagomarsino, was hands on with preparation, direction, and organizing the case. He was extremely efficient! His professionalism was mirrored by a host of associates, para legals and administrative staff. We were invited into the comfort of a legal family.
Our daughter suffered long term injuries including seizures and short-term memory loss. The Lagomarsino team invested years of investigation and research on our daughter’s behalf. The legal team made sure she received excellent medical intervention, ethical treatment and wrap around services for her care plan. Throughout it all, we were apprised of the progress and the requisite expectations.
As the case delved into the difficult arena of legal minutia and fault assignment, Andre and his team dug in. The Lagomarsino team consulted with medical experts, engineers, scientist and other experts to ensure that all aspects of our case were attended to. My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. My debt was discharged... My nightmare was finally over.....in this case my 5 star rating isn't nearly enough.

I have had to use way too many lawyers over the years just dealing with my business and getting divorce and it's never fun. Shauna I wouldn't say was fun but she did make it easy. I felt she kept me in the loop which I can't say for a few other lawyers I have used in the past. Being out of the loop is a total feeling of helplessness and it really bugged me to no end. He was suspended for something he didn’t even do and the corrupt judges and bar of Nevada and corrupt attorneys are to blame. It’s sickening and gives me no faith in judges or attorneys or any person or group that affiliates with Nevada attorneys. So sad to see this in our community. He is an honest person who is being made an example of by crappy people. Be careful. But feel at ease hiring Jonathan Callister. He is seriously one of the only honest people left.

Picking an injury attorney is like playing the stock market, you think you know what you've got invested to begin with, but really no solid clue how it will end up, and similarly to the stocks it can make you very anxious on a daily basis not sure of your investment... Well good people reading this, after a little over two years from a rear-end collision with I and my wife being the victims of, Mister Cory Jones of Jones-Wilson law firm, got us a settlement that was totally equitable since he procured us with the maximum compensation available after judiciously wheeling and dealing with the corporate insurance machine on our behalf. He was recommended by a chiropractor I use to work with, one in touch with many attorneys, and when I showed him a list of five that I had meticulously researched, without hesitation he pointed at Cory Jones, and that was it for me. I hired Jennifer Isso to help me with my divorce. Worse decision I made!!! She came across as empathic, knowledgeable, understanding & caring. I thought I could trust her. This couldn't be further from the truth!
My health is really bad & I've never been divorced, so I needed her help & guidance through this process. I continued to pay her whatever she asked for, since she was considered an unbundled lawyer. Turns out she's one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met!!! Treat people how you want to be treated!! Period!! I paid her a total of $5100 which included a TPO.
I had been approving the Disclosure documentation on Oct. 29th with her for my second court date on Nov. 19th (today). Without any communication at all with me, she files in court on Monday (Oct. 30th) morning that she had dropped me as her lawyer!!! Who does that??!! Unbelievable!! This is how you treat a client??!! Really??!! How unprofessional is that!! Tuesday morning, she emails my husband informing him that she's dropped me!! This is when I found out what had happened. I was shocked & speechless!!! My first thought was this has to be a mistake. Right? No professional behaves in this manner!!
She had time to notify my husband & not me the client??!! Unacceptable on so many levels!!! Proper business practices is you let your CLIENT know. All she needed to do was to tell me she needed additional money to represent me in court. It's that simple!! It's called communication!! No one's a mind reader!!! I was paying for professional representation, so I assumed.
This morning was my court date with the judge. I paid Jennifer Isso $1000 for the Disclosures that I assumed was being submitted to the judge (she never told me otherwise & wasn't communicating with me). She only sent my husband a copy that was it!! The court received nothing. What goes around, comes around!!! I truly had trusted her & she proved to me that I should've never hired her!

I called the response was fast within 24 hours.I finished the a questionnaire ok I finished that after, I spoke with Mr.MacAuthor what can I say.this all happened Tuesday and it is now Friday,I explain my concerns my questions wasn’t really answered with out me having more questions.The conversation was uncomfortable and I went with another law firm that was able to answer questions in away I didn’t have more I didn’t feel valued as a customer at the end of the day, if you don’t feel convertible go somewhere else.No one ever got back to me.And it was just simple chapter 7 bankruptcy.
