Terrible waste of time and money. Gave me a disorganized, computer deficit lawyer with no kids to scream at me the day before court for not taking my feverish children to school.
Fired him, changed court docs after I left.
Charged me 5,000 while NOT filing any paper work besides an answer to defend the night before court although we meet in person more than a week before. Hard to get an appt, sent endless emails and he was still confused at meeting.
Would not file many requested motions, had to be told three times before he could execute. His name is Jeffery Sales.

Keoni spent a lot of time with us, answering questions that came up along the way, gave us the guidance we needed to make sure we thought of everything and everyone involved. What were my chances of beating this case. In these type of circumstances it's never good for me, I'm always on the losing end. Let's just call it a Christmas🌲 🎄 miracle. When the Judge uttered these words: "Judgement in favor of the defendant" NOT GUILTY, case dismissed. I was on vacation with my whole family for my mothers birthday in Hawaii in the time of may 2024, as my brother and I run a car dealership in WA state we decided to rent a c8 corvette for a couple days to take the nieces and nephews around the block, When leaving my hotel from valet (my nephew wanted me to rev it because he loves loud cars) and me being careless I did and then proceeded to turn left out of the hotel and after the light went red I accelerated a little too quickly with the flow of traffic right off red, bare in mind I didn't go over speed limit and I was unaware of Hawaii's basic speed rule. this cop was a total dick. excuse my language. words were exchanged and we went on with our day.
NOAH FIDDLER. after searching and calling around I explained my situation for a basic speed rule and exhaust modification citation FOUGHT for this to be dismissed.
Today he didn't stop FIGHTING and we got a huge win with all dismissal in court.
Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area visiting or needing a lawyer for moving violations!

I was referred to Mr. Aguinaldo from Legal Aid whom said they could not help me. He was gracious to hear my story as I was feeling helpless. He offered to help me out with a payment I could afford and looked over my employment severance agreement. He got back to me the next day and revised the agreement to my better liking. Words can't express our gratitude for the level of professional (and personal) care we received from our attorney Bert Sakuda and his vastly knowledgeable legal assistant Tricia Etsler to legally advocate for my case of being a pedestrian hit in a crosswalk.
