I hired attorney Fred J. Lewis of Law firm Racine Olsen to represent me in a Workman's Compensation case. I suffered a life changing serious injury at work. From day one, attorney Lewis and his staff at Racine Olsen made me feel like they had my back. When I first met Mr. Lewis, I was kind of nervous. Mr. Lewis made me feel comfortable from my first visit till the end of the process. He is a good listener, excellent leader, trustworthy, professional, competent & very compassionate. Mr. Lewis spent a great amount of his time explaining everything in detail to satisfy my needs and what to expect in order for me to make my own decisions. He gave advice whenever needed; He was always responsive to any question that I had about my case in a timely manner. We met with Ron, at Shep Law Group, for a free consultation. He was very helpful, honest and supported our needs. He was willing to suggest a next course of action, explain what our options were and give us what we needed to know if we wanted to pursue legal action or not. He was more than happy to spend time with us and give us advice even if it meant we did not move forward. I felt he was someone that was trust worthy and supportive to our issue. I will go back to Ron if we decide to move forward and I do recommend him to others.

I contacted Mr. Sennett to assist with an employee plaintiff matter. He reviewed the information I sent him thoroughly and explained all the good and bad points of my arguments. He ultimately opted not to take my case, however, he was very patient, spent a lot of time with me, and went above and beyond expectations despite ultimately not agreeing that it was as solid as I saw the situation. That said, I would work with him again if the opportunity arose! He made sure to set me on the best path to find some justice even if he couldn't provide it for me directly. He had my best interest at heart. Definitely recommend!
I put "hired" because he spent multiple hours on my case, which he ultimately could not support, so it was well above just a "consult". Because he couldn't help me on a contingency case, he didn't bill me for all his research time, which was substantial.

Mr. Brown came highly recommended. I spoke with people he had helped recently and they were all pleased with his help, the outcome of their case and his competency. Overall I was pleased with their help. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Considering it was litigation it was a pleasant experience. I liked the way they did things. I can't think of a thing that I would change. They were good to work with. They took my feedback into consideration and let me play an active part. Always made me feel like I was in good hands and and that they were taking care of me. The way they handled my case was great. I couldn’t make working with them any better. I got a sense that they really had my best interest in mind. Very often there’s a concern that attorneys are making money for their services versus trying to solve your problem. I really felt like they were trying to help me solve my problem.

Samuel T. Creason saved our case. After 3 other attorneys and a lot of heartache, Sam was hired to clean up a mess for an estate. Not only did he clean up the mess, he saved the estate. He went above and beyond the call of duty, finding whomever he needed to get the truth out. His and his staffs research skills are unparalleled. If it wasn't for Sam and his staff we would have lost almost everything. I would highly recommend Samuel Creason to anyone wanting an honest attorney. He will tell you upfront what he believes are the strengths and weaknesses in your case. On top of all of this, his billing is clear, concise, and beyond fair. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If Sam is unavailable when you call, they will help you where they can and if they cannot, they will make sure Sam gets back to you asap. Sam is excellent about returning phone calls, making appointments and showing up for appearances in court. We are grateful to Samuel T Creason for taking our case.

James resolved an odd case for me in which the address on my title was switched with my neighbor over 15 years ago, and despite the neighbors property being sold twice since then it was never caught. I live remotely and had never met James, I was fortunate to find him on the internet and am very glad I ended up working with him. I tried to resolve this myself and got nowhere so I reached out to James. First he gave me advice on how to resolve it myself and offered to help if I wasn't successful. After failing to resolve it I went back to James and he agreed to help. He was able to find the original title company even though I had lost the documentation and pursued a solution through them. Simultaneously he pursued an alternative solution with the owner of the other property. Timing was important because the property next door was set for foreclosure with my physical property listed as the legal address on the title. James kept me up to speed on all aspects of his efforts. He was courteous and professional in resolving the issue, and ultimately when the situation demanded it, aggressive enough to gain cooperation to resolve the problem. James resolved the problem, clearing my property from complications with the foreclosure, correcting the information with the county and solving the problem. He did all of this remotely as I no longer live in the area and never met face to face. I found James to be professional, competent, and fair. I was very glad he was representing me and was very satisfied with his work and the outcome. While it is never inexpensive when you need legal advice, I felt his fees were fair and that I got a very good deal for the work and results. I would rely on James for future real estate work without hesitation and would recommend him to friends and colleagues. Working with James was a very positive experience.

We needed an estate lawyer to help us put wills together. We have a serious health concern in our family and we wanted to make sure everything was in order for the future. After speaking with Jeff, he helped us determine that a trust would be a better solution for our family in the long run. The choices were given to us, with explanations, and we were allowed to chose the option that worked best for us without any pressure.
We had an issue with the software not completing the documents correctly, but they took care of it without any problems. Would highly recommend Crandall law firm.

Save yourself and your money and *do not* give this firm, specifically Boyd Hawkins, your business. After I thoroughly explained the situation to the rather kind intake woman at their firm, Boyd took my consultation appointment at his rate of $150 per hour. Unfortunately, he clearly didn’t listen to a word I said during it, he kept going off long-winded tangents about matters that I was not there to discuss and I had to repeatedly ask him to stay on the actual topic. I cut the meeting as soon as it was glaringly apparent that I couldn’t trust him to represent me in this legal matter. He wasted over $100 hard earned dollars and even worse, MY TIME.

My wife and I were referred to Joe by a financial advisor who had referred several people previously to Joe. He endorsed Joe highly. We enjoyed Joe personally but I was initially surprised by the cost of having our family trust and will restated. I even returned to my advisor to ask him if the service really was worth the cost and time. He reassured me and we pressed forward. I am so glad that we did! Due to the thorough process he took us through, we now have a plan that is customized for us with protections that we had no idea even existed. My mother and I hired Joseph after my grandmothers death, and again after my grandfathers death to help us navigate the legal system in regards to wills, etc. He has been incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and considerate of us the entire time. Over the past forty-seven years I have had to hire a lawyer at least a half dozen times. I have a very dim view of the overwhelming majority of lawyers. Most lawyers are not worth the hourly rate they demand, and are not professionals. I could continue stating negative characteristics that most lawyers possess; however, the purpose of this review is to define my business experience with Ms. Regina McCrea.
Ms. McCrea is a refreshing exception to the lawyer stereotype. She is a true professional attorney. Ms. McCrea is worth her wages, does not inflate hours spent on task related issues, remains focused on the task at hand, is bright, has an analytical approach, and is excellent at research. Additionally, she communicates very well with the client. She kept my cost down by formulating a strategy that was mutually acceptable, kept me advised of milestones, kept written and phone conversations with all parties brief and to the point. During deposition, Ms. McCrea was the most prepared attorney, which resulted in the opposing side agreeing to a favorable out of court settlement.

I highly recommend Pamela Parkins. I came to her with what we thought was a simple divorce. It probably ended up being one of the most challenging one that took years to resolve. The other party was uncooperative and difficult to deal with at times. This was a very complex since the other party was located in Alaska. Pam handled it professionally and gave me confidence we will get thru this together. She's compassionate but tough when needs be. She always got back to me immediately by phone, email, text and always explained clearly what my options were. I am very glad I chose her to handle my divorce. She stayed by me the whole time. I have dealt with many legal firms over the years for various matters, but Mr. Hales tops the list. He is very down to earth and demonstrates that he cares, but at the same time he is extremely professional and formal when formal is a necessity. I have added his information to my contact list database because I would not hesitate to call on him, whether my needs fell into his field of practice or not, I would trust his recommendation.

I had been charged with Reckless driving, I kept being told to take a deal. I had done nothing wrong and stood strong told Joel I did nothing wrong. I felt he kept trying to convince me to take a deal. So I hired a real attorney his name is Zander Engerman and needless to say I won in trial today.
