The medical profession is typically divided between the general practitioner and the specialist. The legal profession is similar between the general attorney and the specialist attorney. I had an employment issue so I went to an employment specialist attorney - Neil. First, he was very good in discussing the situation and explaining the issues to me. Second, he consulted his 3 partners on a few things. The "team" approach is very big in a number of professional services, including health, and, in my case, 4 heads were better than 1. Third, although he was the attorney "in charge" I never felt I was standing on the sidelines. Neil kept me very well informed and respected my opinions and decisions. Many times when we're looking for specialists in any field, we turn to online reviews. I'm throwing in my hat for Neil. When you want the best specialist in employment law go with him.

They worked with me throughout my case over the past 4 years and I could not be happier and more confident with any other service. They provide you with details and needed instructions when you need to fill out forms, etc. I never had an issue with USCIS rejecting a form or denying an application that was sent to them. Dave Truman is an excellent attorney. When I was terminated from my position (wrongfully in my opinion though my former employer never admitted it), Mr. Truman took me on as his client. He is knowledgeable, hardworking and very responsive. In fact, when I first called him I was very surprised when he answered the phone himself. I was expecting to leave a voicemail message but instead I got to speak with him immediately.
Mr. Truman walked me through the process of appealing my termination and he handled all settlement negotiations. As you can imagine, this is a very stressful process but knowing I had someone on my side with the necessary knowledge and experience made it more manageable.
I’m very satisfied with the service I received and am happy to recommend Mr. Truman.

They said i could pay them biweekly from my bank account, which i did. At no point did i ever receive any updates about my case. The only time i heard anything it was when they wanted to ask for more money. the court contacted me and I would have to contact amourgis and associates to only have them lie and ask for more money. Odly there was a court date set for the day i chose to end services with them and just found out about the court date and the judgement against me a week later. Do your research please before deciding to work with amougis and associates.
