While I thought this would be easy and even considered not hiring an attorney as everything seemed straight forward with no contest, what came to light very early on is that my husband’s attorney was incompetent, reckless and sloppy with his work. While my husband had paid 5x the amount that I was paying, Mary Sakaguchi caught numerous mistakes which would have led to a prolonged divorce process. Her careful eye to detail and attention prevented that from happening and expedited the whole process which actually made me less fearful and the entire process less traumatic. I cannot convey how much this impacted me in a positive way. I am grateful for her immense knowledge of the law and watching out for my best interest all the while communicating with compassion and kindness.

I am a medical provider on the Eastside who is currently undergoing business expansion. After a very long and challenging divorce I found myself in a position where I had to short sale my house. I had a consultation with Mr. Davidson. We discussed all of my options and decided that a short sale was the best path for me. After that he put Deborah Sorum in charge of my case and she guided me through the whole process. It was anything but "short", so I was glad to have someone who knew what they were doing and told me what needed to be dealt with and what were just hoops the bank wanted us to jump through. I don't think I could have done it without her help. She was very responsive to any and all questions. By the end of the sale the people buying the house were asking me to ask her questions. Brenda Klos helped with the closing process and I know Deborah and Brenda worked together to get the extensions needed so that the process finalized and closed. It was a very confusing process from a home owners perspective. It was nice to just turn it all over to them and let them do the worrying about the banks, buyers, realtors, closing dates, deadlines, rules and regulations. I could not rate them high enough for helping me get through a very difficult process directly after such a painful chapter of my life. Thank You!

Ken was efficient, knowledgeable and to the point. He also got our input and we acted as a team to arrive at a successful resolution. This sale had the potential to go sideways but because of Ken's skills, he kept it on track and did not back down and were were able to arrive at a positive outcome.

Stay away from this shop unless you want to be gouged. Oftentimes it took three weeks to get email answered, files reviewed. Company could not even handle routine court filing on time. Performance falls below the standard you would expect from a supposedly boutique law firm. So not worth the money.

I think they are a scam. My brother Ricky filled his divorce forms in April 2024. Here he is now filling out more paperwork. He’s gets emails to correct the divorce forms before proceeding with the closing of his divorce from being separated from his ex-wife. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is false advertising and they aren’t really trying to help their clients. It’s all about money.
