After looking up Class A misdemeanor it appeared more serious than a standard ticket, so I chose to seek legal advice. I called the Baker law firm and Mr Baker himself returned my call. I was set up with a meeting the next day and related what had happened. He felt quite certain he could get the case dismissed, possibly without a court appearance, and if that wasn't possible a short appearance in court and court costs, and the problem would be solved. Within a few hours his secretary called and informed me he had negotiated the dismissal. I did have to appear in court the next day but that went smoothly in less than a half hour. I felt like he and his staff truly cared about my problem. I give the Baker Law firm my highest recommendation.

without getting into a long sob story, Bob took my appeals case that could have very well saved my daughter from harm after an insurance company denied the treatment she needed. I did in private but want to publicly thank Bob (Robert) at DZ Law, for DROPPING EVERYTHING (we had 44 hour notice of this emergency appeal) to get my daughter the care she need.

When I first met Bob I asked him if this was something he knew about and was completely comfortable in handling my situation.
Of course he said no problem. As I sat there and fully explained everything about what I needed knowing what was ahead and again said he had no problem with this case. I Hired him . As he continued and saw what was going to be needed he raised his price and I said no problem. Then the question came that he spent all weekend looking at this and why does it take all weekend? And even after all that investigating all I got was from him literally was nothing. This guy needs to be more professional and don’t take peoples money on the pretense that u could find out. I trusted him to act in a Proffessional manner. I paid him for accepting that he already knew the law . And surly didn’t know anything on my situation. So I would not recommend him for anything at all simply because he doesn’t care how he brings in the new business. Not professional or ethical at all. You should never accept peoples money if you don’t know what you’re doing. Also only when asked how much was left on the retainer and his answer was there is still some available. Then I asked for proof and in no time he had available for me to see and wow I couldn’t believe how fast he was at billing people. Bob do the your work you have been trained to do . And if you can’t then be honest to your customers . I hope you don’t keep doing this unethical work .

After work with two prior attorneys that we unfortunately had to let go, Mr. Dziewulski took our case and quickly had it organized & filed in time to meet our deadlines. As our case involved multiple defendants, from different industries, and for different reason, and Mr. Dziewulski was able to juggle all three, communicated with us at every step, and went above and beyond to make sure signatures where collected, and documents were filed in a timely manner. If I could give no stars, I would. Clint was of zero help to me and if my case was going to be something that would give me maybe $1500 in my pocket. I am unsure on why I paid $400 for a consult. I guess that 15 minutes was what their time was worth. A disappointment to say the least. Another attorney was able to better look at this with a much different outcome. Don’t waste your time. I only do honest reviews. BEWARE!!

Attorney Roger Hyman may know law, but in my meeting with him he was arrogant and insulting. Although no-one likes hearing they don’t have a case, his manner destroying it was scornful, antagonistic, humiliating and shocking. Just the day before, another attorney in the firm believed I had a strong case and set up the appointment. Because of this, I wasn’t prepared for his almost combative attitude from the very first minute.
When I tried to give him a brief overview of my case, saying it would only take a couple minutes to read my notes, he didn’t want to hear it. He began firing questions and appeared pleased when I was startled. He discredited every key element of an expert’s 29-page damage report. When I tried to protest, he cut me off by saying I wasn’t listening. I felt like I was on a witness stand being interrogated by an attorney representing the other party.
I am 80 years old. Over the several decades of my life I have worked with attorneys on numerous matters. I have never before written a complaint review, but this consultation, for which I paid a fee, was the most sickening I’ve ever experienced.
