I do not recommend at all I had previously talked to an attorney there and she was very helpful with the situation I was having because we have title insurance through them and she told me to call back if the problem continues so I did well she’s going in vacation in hour the lady on the phone said and can call you back after Dec 3rd so I asked if someone else could help me and she told me I could call another law firm to which I replied I have title insurance through y’all I don’t want to go hire another law firm so she said she’s gonna take a look and then said she had to go because she had another phone call coming in and now I’m stuck having trouble getting access to and from my own house so beware

I was referred to Loftin & Leblanc law firm by a friend. I was actually referred to another attorney than the one that is representing my family’s case. Cody Vidrine has been so diligent and has invested a lot of time into the lawsuit that I filed on behalf of my children and myself. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. Personally, I would highly recommend Cody Vidrine to a friend or family member because he has been such a great attorney. My children and I were in a multi-vehicle accident on the 210 Bridge in Lake Charles in March 2021. Anyway, we are still in the process of an active/ongoing lawsuit process against the at fault drivers. It’s been a long 3 years so far. In March 2025, it will be 4 years since the automobile accident and the process has been complicated. My attorney has been very thorough with explaining the process, remaining in contact with me, informative about the case, aggressively and diligently representing my family. After my accident, I was able to get into a nice rental car the same day of my first visit with Mr. Vidrine. Due to having to go to Chiropractic care 3x a week, I ended up losing my job because they would not work with the physical therapy schedule. Within only a few days, I was awarded two of my missed paychecks from me prior job. The Loftin & Leblanc law firm is a very great practice. Their attorneys are very knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, caring, aggressive and kind to their clients. If you need representation from a highly qualified and competent attorney, I would suggest Cody Vidrine or any of the other attorneys there. My personal experience with this attorney has been great. Although the at fault drivers have not been compliant with their response at all; Mr. Vidrine is ensuring that they will respond to our demands for the settlement. If I could give this google review a 10/10, I would. If you have been in an automobile accident, Cody is the one to call. If you need someone who will diligently and aggressively fight for you; he is the one to call. He has been great and I would retain him again for any other legal matters.

He didn’t do the right job
I am the owner of BUDATAN ASIAN CUISINE, and I am writing to address serious concerns regarding the progress of our restaurant project.
For the past two years, we have faced numerous challenges due to the unprofessionalism of our contractor, （Edwin Cruz Construction）. We placed all our hopes and trust in this company, but unfortunately, they have repeatedly broken promises, misused project funds for unrelated work, and caused severe financial shortages. We believe this behavior may constitute fraud.
Despite filing a complaint with the licensing board, we have not received any useful assistance. After paying the full amount based on the initial estimate, the contractor continued to demand more money, blaming underestimations likely caused by his lack of professionalism.
In April 2024, we hired an attorney and sent a demand letter to Edvin Cruz. After negotiations, we paid additional funds, and Edvin promised to complete everything within a month. However, since receiving the extra money, there has been no significant progress, and the project remains delayed through September.
In total, this project has now been delayed for over two years.

After calling to dozens of law firms asking if someone could help me with a case, I called Cox Law firm asking if they could help, before I finished the story, the secretary asked me to wait so she could find me an attorney who could better guide me. That’s when she put Attorney name Paul on the phone. He listened to me. He asked if we had a lawyer and even when I said yes, he continued listening and asking questions. He asked me to send him an email with info he needed to assess the case. I did and he called me shortly after telling me the next steps I needed to take to pursue justice. Paul acted like no other lawyer in Lake Charles did. He listened even when he knew he couldn’t take the case and he still read a 12 page report and called me back to guide me. I will forever be thankful for such a selfless act of empathy. Thank you Paul.

Horrible experience. I am going through a divorce. I don't have a lot of income. I paid for a $100 hour consultation. The lawyer didn't even call on my scheduled appointment day. I set another consultation, he was VERY late calling me. I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break and was told that I could schedule 2 separate consultations to get my full hour. The lawyer called at the last 5 minutes of my lunch break. There's no way he could have gotten enough information about me and my situation within 5 minutes. On my next consultation day, he was late calling again. It seemed as if he didn't care for my time or my case. He kept cutting me off, not listening to my concerns, and really seemed like he didn't want to fight for me.
Lawyer told me that I couldn't get spousal support or anything and that I should just let my husband take whatever he wants from me. I was also told that this law firm will work with you based on your income. ALL LIES. I was asked for a very unreasonable amount for him to represent me and he wasted my time and money. I was able to get better advice from a criminal lawyer in five minutes than I was from this man. Do not go to this place for anything related to family law. Waste of my money, time, and energy.

This attorney L.R. and her paralegal R. will have you in tears. uncompassion, 45 min late appointments you just wait there and wait...spend 800 for court and ex got both children tax deduction they combined children's cases...my ex Marco Galarreta got everything including 200 dollar discount from his child support and I can't understanding why or was not explained why discount was given to him....and my attorney didn't bat or catch flies. . My 9yr son tasted beer watched naked girls, my ex ran a red light while 9yr old was in truck
Left my son in truck to go play tennis for a hour and uses Netflix constantly as babysitter. Also my ex transport our 2 month old baby without car seat holding baby in front passenger seat.
He has not gone to 1 school appointment or doctor or dental I do all the work he skills visitation and don't care about none of it.
Tells me it's my job cause he pays me to do it.
They gave us joint custody and it's a mess still.
Just very passive doing minimum and I was told there are cases where she makes more so mine is on back burner cause I stopped having income.
No advice on how to handle anything just emails me to submit to my ex akd provide everything the opposing attorney wants.
Doesn't answer questions or makes accurtlate notes. Email after email some go unanswered and I get " Mrs..... im gonna tell you 1 last time to ...." they talk down to you and they just the middle man in the email world will not be a hitter or a batter they just catch and pass...not good would not give 1 star.
100 bucks to consult and they have you in trap by the balls.... then charge more if they see you have child support you about to get.
