Simply put, Cathy went the extra mile and went above and beyond looking into every aspect of our case. I would be very careful about retaining this attorney. I retained him for a foreclosure matter. He was non-responsive. He refused to do things that we asked him to do such as contact opposing counsel and work out settlement of 2nd mortgage. Then when we complained about his communication, he withdrew from the case as attorney after taking our money and not finishing the case. He is - in my opinion as an attorney for 24 years in this State - a horrible attorney and I would never retain him again.

I contracted him to write a partnership agreement. He refused to defend the agreement when it was violated. He reffered me to another lawyer who bilked me. When I asked him to return the retainer I mailed his office before he took the case he returned a small portion saying I had used it up. [He refused the case] . Net loss $35,000.00 and 9 months work for my wife and myself.
