Jerry recently prepared a prenuptial agreement and created a trust and all other needed documents for me. He thought of everything and followed through after the fact with providing detailed information for keeping excellent records for myself and my loved ones when am unable to care for myself or pass away. I have worked with Vince many times offering my expertise to his clients. Recently, I found myself needing his help as I was involved in a life altering accident. Vince is still working on the case but has already proven to be more valuable to me than most attorneys in that he is there to answer questions, he' is responsive, and he immediately started working with me when Workman's Comp began to give me the run around. I have now been able to get appointments for treatment, MRI, and a specialist. Now my healing has begun which to me was the most important part. Some seek an attorney for monetary gain, but some just want their life and health back. Companies like Workman's Comp all but force you to seek legal council as they seem to purposely fail to live up to their promises in some type of attempt to get consumers to give up and pay for their own injuries. I did that once and have vowed to never do it again. Mr. Pazienza was very professional and proficient when he won my case for me. There are several reasons why I would recommend Mr. Pazienza to my friends and family, but the main reason is that he always answered the phone no matter when or what time I called. I contacted Mr. Pavlou for illegitimate law enforcement violence against me.
He kept the case in his office and never brought it to trial. The status of limitation was reached and I was not able to sue the County Jail for jail guards beatings on me.
This lawyer lied, He made me believe he was working hard on the case but never. He did not say to me he did not want to take the case and that I should find another lawyer. He just kept me waiting for years until I figured out that too many years have passed and that I could not sue the County jail anymore.
