Used this law firm for years, until our lawyer kept "ghosting" us. Very unprofessional! Even when we made an appointment he would begin talkiing about other things besides our case. Eventually we went to another law firm and got wonderful help! They told us this law firm was handling our case in an "outdated" manner. Others comments on this law firm show that others have had similar experience in being "ghosted".

I have had the pleasure of having the Kronzek firm represent me twice. With that said every legal situation is different, lawyers aren’t magicians. I promise you, at least from my 16 months of working with the firm, specifically Kyle Debrucker, that you will get a highly trained lawyer giving you advice that best represents your interests. Sometimes in family law it might be difficult but ask them question and you will get a well thought out answer of why the advised approach is warranted and the dangers or consequences of other approaches. The choice will always be yours they are firm on the belief but work hard to create an approach that meets your objectives. I have never been continuously defended and cared for the way the kronzek firm did. It was a long battle but sticking the line led to a very favorable result for me and the most important person to me my son. Just remember every situation is different and there are processes in all legal situations, and those processes are frustrating but it is the legal system. I promise you that the kronzek firm will work on your behalf better than most (if not the best in the state). Is the kronzek firm cheap? No but when it comes to custody disputes, CPS, divorce and other family matters you want the best and you pay for what you get. That being said they are very transparent with finances and you are billed for service not a flat rate. Any time I need a family lawyer Chuck and Kyle will always get my call. Thanks for the hard work guys!

Poor communication, just simply forwards emails from the other party with no context, explanation, or suggestions. I had to beg for advise on how to proceed with a response. When it’s all done you just handed a stack of paperwork with no organization.

I have dismissed charges on some felony due to no evidence. This lady is the attorney for my wife's daughters grandma. Tell how it's right to try to judge and hold someone accountable for a charge that was dismissed. And she don't know the difference in no contact and a ppo. I will seek guidance to take this lady to court of defamation of character, slander, among others. Your not gonna play with me freedom this way. Your gonna learn. I will also look into if the ABA can help in this. Your breaking the laws lady and you and your client are lying. I will expose you.

I hired Ms. Patrick upon being charged with Unlawful Imprisonment, Interfering with communications and assault and battery. I was so distraught and confused at first. Knowing I could possibly end up in prison for 15 years! Melissa first calmed me down and made me focus. I was then able to provide her with the information and evidence she requested. She listens and provides understanding in a confusing time with out judgement. I felt completely comfortable with her understanding her expert opinions and advisement. She guided me through the entire 2 years 9 months (due to Covid) that it took to go to trial after several plea offers. I'm more than greatful that I chose Melissa to represent me. I was a client of frank Reynolds in 2003 in Lansing. He was part of a corruption ring involved with my ex- husband to send me to prison for 5 years. My husband then molested and sexually abused our children. His girlfriend stole my identity. It is unforgivable that attorney’s continue to commit crimes against the very people they are paid to protect.

Ms. O'Neil overcharged me, was unprepared for court, did not object when I asked her to, did not include crucial elements ina court order, and never sent me the order. She has made no efforts to recficy the issues. She also advised me that she was famliar with the court processes but has charged me for every interaction she had with the court to find out their processes. Very unhappy with her service. Do not retain if you can help it.

On top of that he seemed to have completely ignored everything we talked about and all the paperwork we gave him and simply have given us a boilerplate LLC doc that was completely useless to us.
