Extremely unprofessional, Should be able to give Zero Stars. I was happy with the initial response to my inquiry regarding a potential case and the cost but as I was retaining them I got the we think this case is going to cost double. Really three weeks later as I'm retaining them. If that was the real cost why not tell me the upfront? Shady bait and switch! If you want your money to be taken then hire these people.

During my time of need Doris Nehme-Tomalka was there. I previously got ripped off by two lawyers prior to finding her. Definitely you would get much more than you pay for.
Pros:
1: knowledgeable
2: empathetic
3: experienced
4: always kept me updated on my case
5: Not just good but “great” value
Cons:
I really can’t think up of anything.

Doris helped me in my custody battle that I wasn't sure I would win. She gave me confidence and security as the court process moved along. I received the justice that I deserved in court because of Doris. She aggressively fought for me and earned every bit of my trust in her. When it came time for my ex to again try and gain full custody of our children and change there school. I knew exactly who to call. Doris. She remembered details from our previous battle years before. She writes the best motions and counter motions. The quality of her paperwork far exceeds any of the lawyers we were up against. This is why the last time I was up against my ex I didn't even have to go to court because Doris's motion was so precise and overwhelmingly easy for the judge to make his decision. Justice was served again. I would only recommend Doris she is the best hands down.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr. Bach. First, he filed a FERPA complaint with the Department of Education, but the Department of Education denied the complaint because Mr. Bach filed it incorrectly. Worse yet, he did not inform me about this outcome; I only learned about the denial when I called the Department of Education to get an update on my complaint. Not only did he fail to file a corrected complaint, but he also refused to return the attorney fees he had received for this. Moreover, he failed to file the main complaint with the federal court, even though he had 74 days to do so. Once again, he refused to return the fees he had received for this complaint. Mr. Bach's lack of legal knowledge and commitment were staggering in my case.

I was referred to Mr. Iqbal's firm, by a family member's attorney in California. I begged him to take my case. I'm blessed he did. This man represented me in the Eighth Judicial District Court. Mr. Iqbal was never late, always took my calls, was always clear and concise regarding any and all matters. And at trial, he was respectful to the Judge, and did not interrupt. But most of all he protected the client, because he has a brilliant mind, and structured this case clear and concisely.
I read a negative response as I was posting my thoughts. Really ? I don't believe it. The person who wrote that makes no sense to me. If you hire an attorney for a few months as he states, for his case, if it was Mr. Iqbal, he'd be all over it. Because I hired him three days before my trial. And he was ready. I'm so grateful for this man !

I hired this attorney for a breach of contract case. He took several months to look over the case. Then when he discussed it with me, he was talking about somebody elses case. He was clueless. All he did was brag about how great he was and never discussed my case with me. I don't recommend this attorney.

Mr Onello charged 30k but simply did not do his job for the amount he charged. The divorce got dragged out much longer than it supposed to because Mr Onello wanted to charge maximum for the minimum work he did. At the end, I had to file my own forms because he was asking for more after I paid 30k. The case is listed as Cassel vs Cassel in Clark county so this is a legit one star review. Avoid at all cost.
One last point I want to make. Mr Onello spends more time removing one star reviews than actually working so I would assume all the 5 star reviews are not legit. Don't fall for false reviews like I did.

Uses Lis pendens to remove 3 generations of family from our home even when the buyer defaulted on the inspection time frame and then the family had less than 30 days to vacate the home! Just because his client had the money and he knew the defendant could not afford the legal fees.
