I first made contact with Mr.Hall in 2010 regarding my divorce. Since then he has handled a few more cases for me. I will say in court he comes out of the corner swinging and does not back down. He is VERY prompt at returning phone calls. And very through at explaining everything that he plans on doing for your case I've not had to contact another attorney yet. Nor would I ever. Anytime I have questions. On a legal matter. He's the first one I call. If your having any legal issue. I suggest giving him a call before talking to anyone else.

Mr. Hall tenaciously called the prosecution, kept me informed at all times, and did not stop until my case was expunged, as I was promised in a court of law 11 years ago. Everyone has a horror story about an attorney they've had and for me, this Attorney proved there is no justice in Arkansas. If you have a felony criminal charge and don't have enough money for John Wesley Hall, it's fair to say your screwed!!! Even told us once we didn't have to show up in court when we actually were supposed appear. This resulted in John Anderson advising us to "lay low" for the weekend because we were issued felony warrants that couldn't be recalled until the following Monday!! My husband was incarcerated for 33 months and he was told that he would get out in 18 months. Yes, I avoided jail time for so far but am basically chained to the door with 8 yrs probation time. I was also told they would file a lawsuit after trial but when it came time for that they ignored my calls as long as they could then when I requested my file I was told to sign a paper agreeing that they recused before they would give me my files back.

I agree with Kurt! These guys did the same thing to me!! All positive for a year leading up to trial. Paid $12,000.00 and then on the day we were supposed to argue for suppression he got scared I guess so he said it was in our best interest to take a plea bargain because the judge never granted anyone else a suppression and we probably wouldn't be the first. They gave us approx. 10 mins to decide and since he was no longer confident what was I supposed to do? Horrible about returning calls or answering questions they are not seeking justice for victims of crooked police and abuse of power! They won't stand up for you once it goes to trial!! If you have a criminal case- save your money and hire John Wesley Hall instead. 🤬

I paid Greg $1,000 to start a case for me over an asbestos related problem that I encountered after purchasing an old school building at an online auction. He was the first lawyer I talked to that actually took an interest in the case and acted like he was going to help, so I excitedly hired him and gave him $1,000 up front. This has been almost 2 years ago. He has sent out one letter requesting that I would like the money I spent on the project back and that's it. I cannot get a hold of him now it's been going on a year since I last spoke to him probably. I've tried to contact him several times and left messages and he he won't return my phone calls and he has done nothing further. The last time I spoke with him he was going to send out another letter informing the person who owned the building before that we were going to sue but he has not done that. I don't know why he would take the case if he couldn't do something more than what he's done and why I had to pay him $1,000 to send one letter. It is not very good for business when you give somebody your word you're going to do something and then don't hold up to your end. If you have a case and you're looking to get something done and would like to have a lawyer that's on top of his business and keeps his word I would not hire him. Also I see that he has reviews on here from just a few months ago as well as a few weeks ago so that says to me that he is still operating and doing business and has just been ignoring me intentionally. I think I may go to the better Business bureau and see what I can do or my good friend Herby Branscum who who is an outstanding lawyer that I highly would recommend. Before I hired Greg I talked to Herby about the case and he said this wasn't his area of expertise that I should probably look into hiring a real estate lawyer so I did, but I'm pretty sure that what Mr. Almand has done is in his area of expertise. I was hoping that I would hear back from him that's why I have let this go for some time now hoping he would do the right thing but since that's not happening as of now I guess we will have to take the next step and get this matter resolved one way or another. I'm also going to share this post on social media and put it out there for the public so that they will be aware and won't make the same mistake I made and waste their money and time hopefully. If a person can't be true to their word then what do they have to stand on.

I was looking for estate planning during the pandemic since I had recently lost my husband. I ran across videos done by Nic and Daniel Stidham at Stidham Financial. I had probably 5 consults with other law/estate practices prior to this. I ended up engaging with Nic to prepare multiple trusts, will, and healthcare directive. Nic also is my liaison with Cumberland Trust who will manage the trust when I pass. He is very detailed and organized but also very approachable. He is willing to think outside the normal box to find the solution I was envisioning. My properties are in GA and FL and he handled the trusts and deed changes for those seamlessly.
