I hated to need an attorney, but at least I was referred to a good one. Minh Nguyen met with me, heard my situation, analyzed my case, and predicted the settlement I could expect. And that's what he got me.
From what I've heard here and there, my case was pretty simple and straight-forward, compared to some, but I needed to invest little time, no up-front money, and no worry about the outcome.
Not a requirement of good service, but Minh Nguyen was pleasant to work with; always a plus.

I have recently had Mr. Matt Horeczko represent me for a TRO- temporary restraining order requested by my brother’s ex girlfriend. She created a complete lie that I was harassing her after my brother’s passing which was completely untrue. Mr. Horeczko was able to calmly provide support for me to understand the legal process by explaining all the details of what will transpire and which way to best proceed. Mr. Horeczko represented myself during the hearing proceedings in the most professional manner which brought relief to me and the TRO was not granted or approved by the court.
Mr. Horeczko is a caring yet experienced and professional attorney who proved to be extremely helpful in this matter. I hope I will not face such a difficult challenge again but Mr. Horeczko provided the utmost legal and ethical support.

I have asked for consultation from this called lawyer and he charged me $1,500 to process my immigration visa. Later I found out I can not obtain visa to visit my family in the US, when I asked for a refund, even though he did not spend more than 2 emails communicating basic information about my questions he refused to refund the money. He did not care to give me the professional recommendation, and did not really help much in anything but claimed he performed some hours of work to give me a copy paste answer from Google. I would never recommend to any one. Now I found this platform after 10 years, but I still remembered his name and I am happy to let others be aware before getting involved any any services through him.

I guess im the only 1 that got screwed. They literally switched lawyers on me 3x in my child support hearing and in the process ran my tab up to have me where i now owe them and by the time my court case arrived i had nothing left in the account and they wanted more money in order to appear. I literally accomplished absolutely nothing with this lawfirm and ended up having to represent myself on the court day because they bled every dime plus out of the 3500 i gave them on everything other than getting the job done. Dont waist your money!

Definitely a learning experience. I will be shopping around next time and making sure that I use my own health insurance so that I actually get all/most of my settlement and not 20% of it over a year later after calling periodically to remind them that I'm a client.😒 Their motto should be "Something's better than nothing".

You are absolutely correct that sometimes there are unrealistic expectations, especially considering the fact that this was the first time I had gone through an accident. However, that does not excuse the lack of communication and the fact that had I not called periodically over the year there would not have been any movement on my case. Not to mention the fact that had I not called to follow up, I would not have received my check because according to your agent, one of your staff dropped my check underneath their seat and wasn't aware of it. So it never got mailed until I called and inquired where my money was. Like I said, it was a learning experience and hopefully you take into account what I've said when dealing with future clients.

I hired Kyle to write the Terms of Service for my website and he was excellent! This was my first time finding and hiring a lawyer and I really lucked out finding Kyle. He was very on top of everything, called me multiple times to go over things, checked in with me to see if I had more questions and gave me a wounderful finished project. I called & got a free consultation with James Sanchez. Even tho I paid nothing, I still feel like I spent 30 mins so Mr. Sanchez could talk over me, tell me "I red-flagged myself" just because my previous attornies werent able to negotiate out of an issue & it just burnt up legal fees. I suppose Im "red-flagged" because the opposition law firm has 10 attornies able to devote to maneuvering.
And all I needed from Mr. Sanchez was to review an agreement before I sign. Luckily, there's other attornies that can handle this 1 hr 'intensive' task.
Im glad the initial consultation is free. Thank god for that.

After years of feeling like a deposit that should have been returned, and was not, I feel that I was taken advantage of.
I never saw a bill only had conversations with him and he never put anything in writing.
All was well until I asked for the deposit back for my son's case, since there WAS NOT TRIAL.
He bent and stretched words and did not even have the decency to return calls or emails. Did not make complaints that he said he would regarding the conduct of the DA.
Short dude with and ego lots to prove I suppose.

Due to Mr. Perry's arrogance and incompetence, I spent three years in prison. How would I know this? I was a lawyer myself! He made several references to my race and religion and didn't want to do a lick of work. So far, he has gotten away with it; but once the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rules on this issue, he won't. In all fairness, he might be worth hiriing now, as long as it isn't a complex, white collar matter. and you can mortgage your house tro make him happy.

Mr Groff told them that they were liable to replace his roof, and they did it! The neighbors were hostile to him, considered him a slumlord.
