I had a healthcare related problem with a governmental entity that was threatening to take away benefits from a mentally ill relative of mine. They demanded that a court order for his Special Needs Trust Account had to be sent to them by a deadline. This was going on for a while. I didn’t know at the time, but the trust is a third party trust which does not require a court intervention.
Cara got to work immediately. She first tried to contact the local office where the threat was coming from to explain that what they were asking for was not required. They did not respond.
Cara very quickly filed for an appeal so that she could discuss the matter with someone more knowledgeable at a higher level. After giving them a reasonable amount of time, instead of waiting for them to respond, Cara went ahead and contacted them. Speaking to a Rep. type of person, she was able to obtain the case worker’s phone number. Anybody who has ever tried to do that knows it’s very difficult, because it’s “Don’t call us, we’ll call you.” kind of set up.
After sending the case worker a set of documents to review and a few phone conversation later, Cara had her acknowledge that the local office was completely mistaken. The problem solved - aid continues.
Through it all, I discovered that Cara genuinely cared about my problem. She kept me informed, concerned herself with keeping the cost low, and worked very fast. Through it all she was energetic, considerate, responsive, and personable. Thanks to her outstanding work, a very unfortunate man’s future will be protected. Thank you Cara. I am truly grateful to you.

I have asked for consultation from this called lawyer and he charged me $1,500 to process my immigration visa. Later I found out I can not obtain visa to visit my family in the US, when I asked for a refund, even though he did not spend more than 2 emails communicating basic information about my questions he refused to refund the money. He did not care to give me the professional recommendation, and did not really help much in anything but claimed he performed some hours of work to give me a copy paste answer from Google. I would never recommend to any one. Now I found this platform after 10 years, but I still remembered his name and I am happy to let others be aware before getting involved any any services through him.

Bankruptcy can be stressful and depressing, as well as complicated and expensive. I was overwhelmed because it included my business and my personal. Alisa is absolutely amazing on all levels. Definitely a learning experience. I will be shopping around next time and making sure that I use my own health insurance so that I actually get all/most of my settlement and not 20% of it over a year later after calling periodically to remind them that I'm a client.😒 Their motto should be "Something's better than nothing".

You are absolutely correct that sometimes there are unrealistic expectations, especially considering the fact that this was the first time I had gone through an accident. However, that does not excuse the lack of communication and the fact that had I not called periodically over the year there would not have been any movement on my case. Not to mention the fact that had I not called to follow up, I would not have received my check because according to your agent, one of your staff dropped my check underneath their seat and wasn't aware of it. So it never got mailed until I called and inquired where my money was. Like I said, it was a learning experience and hopefully you take into account what I've said when dealing with future clients.

Had a super high BAC in the .20s. Very very difficult case to fight. Had 4 charges put on me but Mr. Ruff was able get this down to a mis demeanor driving offense.
Matts the real deal!!! He will help you in a very simple clear cut process on what to do. Extremely talented and can't recommend him enough for your Dui/criminal case going forward. He can make things work very well for you and give you a peace of mind.

Wouldn’t recommend doing business with Agata and I talked on January4th and told me I need at least 6months of change to get a case modify and that when my when 6months come by she would take on my case for $3950 and now I tried to go back now she’s charging me $5000 after she already reassured me that she would take my case on for $3950 when 6months past and it’s been 8months now I’m ready to move forward soon she raises the price but gave my friend an offer of $3950 a modification last week.

I hated to need an attorney, but at least I was referred to a good one. Minh Nguyen met with me, heard my situation, analyzed my case, and predicted the settlement I could expect. And that's what he got me.
From what I've heard here and there, my case was pretty simple and straight-forward, compared to some, but I needed to invest little time, no up-front money, and no worry about the outcome.
Not a requirement of good service, but Minh Nguyen was pleasant to work with; always a plus.

I have had RUDY represent me on several legal matters. I have considered him my personal lawyer for about six years. He has done a fantastic job, never missed a court date,and I have had several. Never late. I have had other attorneys and have been disappointed with them. But I would rate Rudy five stars for his performances. I hired Kyle to write the Terms of Service for my website and he was excellent! This was my first time finding and hiring a lawyer and I really lucked out finding Kyle.
