Bill Peterson and the MCPY staff took the stress and worry out of pursing our suit. The case involved jurisdictions in Colorado and Indiana. Initially, we attempted to handle the case ourselves. After several months of frustrating calls and emails with the company we were pursing, we retained MCPY.
We elected to meet in person with Bill (rather than virtually) who clearly explained our options and best courses of action. Immediately, MCPY collaborated with their contacts in Indiana and aggressively fought for our family to obtain an expedited and fair resolution.
As a retired police officer and former military, I wanted an honest but aggressive law firm to assist us. Mark did a great job with my motorcycle accident. We didn't have to pay back my health insurer anything and all my medical bills were paid. After a short law suit we settled for over 300k. The insurer offered me almost nothing before I hired Mark. He earned every part of his fee and then some.

I met with Daniel Kapsak along with my Grandmother through the education\planning and final copy of her Will\Trust. We found him to be professional, knowledgeable and very helpful with the process. He always met face to face with us. He took time and was very clear with explaining so that my grandmother understood the process and the choices she was making. Her concerns, wishes and ideas were his priority, and she never felt rushed or had unanswered questions. My Grandmother has since passed away, and my husband and I have been very pleased with all the documents as we have settled her estate. Daniel Kapsak met with us, and gave us direction and assistance. Everything has been complete, and in order. We did need and use the health care power of attorney and financial power of attorney, these made everything clear and stress free. The trust has made the whole process seamless and smooth. I was involved in a wrongful termination case against my employer, and after 8 months of going back and forth ( drafting letters, going to courts etc. ) she declined to continue because she was appointed to be a judge. This is after I had spent about a thousand dollars for her services. She then tried to pass me off to one of her friends ( a very competent attorney she said ). That was in 2019. It is now 2021, and she is still practicing her craft in Longmont with no judging assignment in her profile.
