Contact with the firm was easy and straight forward. They responded quickly and answered questions about services offered. Unlike some firms all available options, and the attendant prices were provided. Mr. Walters consulted with me, in conjunction with one of the firm's consultation packages, for over an hour and provided me with an exceptional amount of information and advice. I was so impressed by this, that even though I was not initially intending to engage the firm on a longer term basis, I am now analyzing the costs to do so and whether I can support that within my current business situation.

I hired this law firm to get me out of my Royal holiday vacation club. I had been putting it off for so long and decided to pursue cancelling it. From beginning to end I have gotten fast responses annd they are so helpful. They work with you on a payment plan and i thought that spoke to their confidence in the ability to do what they say.Not to mention checking up on me to make sure I understood everything. I met Thom Rogers at a national estate planning attorneys' conference in the mid-1990's. He was a great communicator when presenting tax matters seminars. Thom also conveyed the importance of being client focused in the practice of law. My career in estate planning law was enhanced greatly by having met Thom and I attended as many of his Continuin Legal Education programs as possible.
Three years ago I had an opportunity to co-counsel with Thom on an estate administration in Florida. I was very impressed with the organization of Thom's office and the professionalism displayed by all of the attorneys working in his office. More importantly, Thom answered questions that I had regarding the federal tax aspects of the estate and kept the administration in Florida moving forward.
He left all of the client communications in my hands. We developed a great working relationship and instilled trust in the client that together we could handle all of the many issues involved. I hired Shawn to review docs associated with an acquisition. His review was timely and thorough. His knowledge of LLC Operating Agreements was complete to the point where the Seller, who was also an attorney, actually became frustrated at how thorough Shawn was, which is a good sign that you're catching problems before the deal closes.

I have read on many occasions that a high impressive forehead that is wide and clear is indicative of someone that possesses high intellect and great forbearance. See Shawn's photo on his website.
Shawn McBride and Todd Benson have been doing a wide range of legal work for my LLC for 3 years. Being told to call Mr Fisher was the best advice I could’ve received. Never being in a situation like I was in, Mr Fisher was very patient in explaining the process forward and every step in resolving my case. After the first the conversation with him I actually felt calm and believed I was going to be okay, which I didn’t think was possible. Ole Dennis took a lot of money (6 figures) and did nothing for it. Promises you the world but can't make any guarantees. A very disloyal person that leaves his client high and dry after he put the client in the vulnerable and back stabbing positions. A very lazy person that hopefully has retired. But if this greedy character hasn't retired I very strongly suggest that he not be hired for any legal work, if you do, you'll definitely be sorry.

This lawyer believes that in the state of Florida, a spouse has no rights in an HOA if they aren’t on the deed and that they are a non-member. While he quotes definitions, he forgets what title vs deed means, all while threatening you. Someone tell this attorney that in the state of Florida, a spouse is on the title and holds equal rights before he commits legal malpractice and is reviewed by the ethics committee.
