I strongly recommend Robert Sheinbein to all who need the services of an attorney. I am so satisfied with Robert Sheinbein's services that I feel obligated to let everyone know what kind of an attorney he is. He represented our company when we were sued, and due to his knowledge and skill the other party settled without us having to pay anything to them. That is not all. He recovered the money that we had paid him for his services by reviewing our business insurance policy and determining that we were covered for the legal fees. We had no idea that our business insurance even had that coverage. Surely, after reviewing the policy, Mr. Sheinbein sent several letters to the insurance company after which we were finally reimbursed the legal fees on this matter.
Mr. Sheinbein also represented my father in a different matter and had settled the case to his satisfaction. The way this man works amazes me. He is thorough in examining the case and very informative in explaining it to you. He tells you the different possibilities that may arise from the case and how each possibility could be handled. He gives you enough information so that you, yourself can make the right decision regarding the case. Even though he is very persistent in collecting documents required for the case (which by the way works for your benefit), he is very nice and tactful all of the time.
His charges were very fair and reasonable; and his billing detailed all of his time, work and expenses.
Lastly, I am very certain that Robert Sheinbein is the best attorney out of all the attorneys that I have met in my life. I have been lucky to find him.

I retained Russ to represent me in a very complex legal dispute. The dispute was with a large multinational organization that was able and willing to spend significantly more resources than me.
As I said, the litigation was very complex. It involved litigating two arbitration cases and two federal civil cases - at the same time. During this process I came to appreciate and respect just how good Russ is at his craft.
Russ was able to navigate us through these multiple cases and complex proceedings. He developed a narrative for our position (one that I had not even considered) and positioned the arguments to our strengths.
Mind you, he was doing this while being bombarded by three opposing legal firms and a gaggle of a dozen or more contentious attorneys. There were times where it was just Russ and me in a room with 10-12 opposing lawyers. As intimidating as that might be to some, it was not to Russ. He defended me and my position with vigor, skill & solid arguments. I believe the opposing counsels came to realize - pretty quickly - that they were not going to intimidate Russ.
Russ and I went through this highly charged contest for two years. One cannot help but learn something about a person when spending that much time - in a high stress environment with them.
Here is what I learned. Russ is a consummate professional. No matter how the opposing side tried to get under his skin or treat him with disrespect, his responses were always cool and level headed. Russ is a strategic thinker always looking to position for the "end-game". Russ is excellent at cross examination and he knows how to develop and present arguments that will carry the day.
Russ is also passionate about practicing "law". I once asked Russ if my case was difficult. He said "yes", then added, "but it is cases like these - the bully vs. the little guy - that made me want to go to law school.....lawyers dream of defending cases like this". It is that kind of passion about exercising his craft of "law" that, I believe, makes Russ a great lawyer.
In case you are wondering. We prevailed in all of our cases - two arbitrations and two civil cases. It was a complete victory and Russ was the one responsible for making it happen.
I cannot recommend Russ highly enough to anyone looking for a great advocate.

My home was in the process of being sold and I lost my case in the trial court because the judge made bizarre rulings and would not let me hire another lawyer to replace my prior lawyer who after taking my money abandoned me. Mr. Klein took over my case and took it to the appeal court and was successful in convincing three judges to reverse the trial court decision. All efforts to foreclose and evict me have been halted! I found Mr. Klein to be dependable and caring.

I have been through an insurance nightmare with my house that was destroyed in a fire years ago and two horrible lawyers who mishandled my bad Faith Insurance case that was significant. One has since been suspended. Their actions buried the lawsuit when my insurance company actually flew people in prepared to offer a significant settlement at mediation. I called Dale on Christmas Eve and he actually picked up the call and spent over a half an hour talking to me. After hearing very specific facts, he was the only one patient and bright enough to see that there is a possibility of still recovering money from my insurance company to enable me to rebuild my house after years of it sitting burned out. I had contacted over a hundred lawyers, bar associations, referral services, etc. trying to get help and Dale is the first one who gave me hope and had the insight and experience to see past what other lawyers couldn't. I look forward to working with him as soon as he returns from his Christmas Vacation and ending this nightmare I have been through.

I hired Jane to represent me when I received an NTA for an issue I had with my Green Card. I was notified that I had utilized a fraudulent I-94 to obtain my Green Card and was asked to appear in court to testify my case. My family and I were nervous going into this, we weren't sure what to expect, how to prepare, and what the outcome would be. Jane and her team walked us through the entire process and shared their expertise on cases like this. They assured me they would be with me through the entirety of the case and made sure I was given all the necessary information to be able to come out of the case successfully.
Jane has a lot of knowledge and expertise in immigration law and proposed utilizing a lesser known waiver (247A1H) for my case. This strategy proved to be successful and the IJ approved of my waiver and granted me legal status back to the States. Fast forward a few months after the court case, and I have successfully obtained my US citizenship. Many lawyers initially feigned interest but then disappeared. Mr Betinol kept responding and providing solutions to my situation. Best of all, his office worked with me to provide affordable solutions. This lovely lady is great. She will fit and make time to speak to you. Not only speak;however, give an ear to hear what you have to say. Just like any busy lady she may be tied up at the moment, and at the end she will pick up your call just to not ignore you! The thing about confidence people is that they do things over and over again. Michelle will show you more then her confidence, but able to compare past cases to show what will take place threw out time.
