Ms. Lewis has been extremely helpful with some difficult legal situations that required a thorough understanding of our various counterparts. Ms. Lewis not only guided us through difficult negotiations but also offered numerous suggestions on how to best approach our licensing agreements and contracts. Our agreements stretch over years and occasionally decades and have significant consequences for the future of our business endeavors. Ms. Lewis has been instrumental in avoiding many pitfalls and made our exchanges with the other party a little easier. I would highly recommend working with Ms. Lewis and make sure you write down some of her comments. She thinks fast and out of her quick mind comes real nuggets. It is up to you to catch them. Don't be afraid to ask her "why" when discussing the minutiae of a paragraph or a line in a contract. Ms. Lewis will go into all the possible angles on your counterpart's side and yours. It is occasionally scary but ultimately helpful since it gives you an opportunity to choose the best possible path knowing full well what all the possible options are. Take your time to review all her suggestions and comments on your documents. Sleep on them ! It will be worth your time. You won't regret it. I could not recommend Ms. Lewis enough.

Stephen has been nothing but EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE in assisting me with reviewing and revising a joint venture agreement for a real estate deal. To be fair, it was not a typical purchase agreement type of transaction. I put a lot of pressure on him with the deadline, yet, Stephen was able to perform on short notice. He was very creative in tackling what I wanted in the contract vs. what I needed in the contract for protection. He was also very detail oriented as I could tell from the transformed contract. Pro Tip: Send a DETAILED email with your case. He's a very honest guy, so he'll tell you after the consultation whether he can further assist you or not. Let me be as honest as possible, a former client owed us for services rendered in excess of $100,000 which we were unable to collect; then the client decided to claim bankruptcy which put us in a difficult situation. That's where Michael Kogan came in...because of his diligence (month in / month out) in dealing with the bankruptcy courts, we were paid!

Michael argued in front of the bankruptcy court in Delaware regarding the bankruptcy of certain Chinese Drywall defendants. He was well prepared and his knowledge of the law was obviously superior to the numerous other attorneys in the room representing various parties. The judge gave great deference to the difficult position Michal was arguing since it was presented in such a persuasive argument. I would highly recommend retaining Michael in any bankruptcy matter.

Armen got involved in my case--which seemed very complicated, in the summer of 2015, when our judge started getting a little peculiar and guided the litigation--as well as the senior partner in his firm, through to the default judgment phase. And although there are some interesting technical points over the next six months that must be traveled, the outcome could NOT have been better. It goes without saying that I am NOT the easiest of clients to work with, and the manner in which Armen was able to diffuse my 'all-over-the-place' personality, while still dealing with an absolutely crazy judge to get the outcome we got was absolutely AMAZING and deeply appreciated. I will say that I will rest extremely easier once we are truly done with the judgment being satisfied, BUT to have gotten to this point, with the judgment that Armen obtained is truly one of the greatest things that has ever been done for me, as well as my family.

I was referred to Clark through a mutual friend when I needed help negotiating and completing a complicated Real Estate purchase. My everyday attorney was more of a loan documents preparer and I needed some expert advice since the selling party was unwilling to waiver. It was a refreshing experience working with a Lawyer as dedicated and knowledgeable as Clark Braunstein. He was able to quickly understand what I needed to accomplish, and was able to help close the deal that worked for all parties involved, and in record time! His ability to move quickly, and drill down to the core of the negotiations and move the process along was truly a deal saver.
Since this experience, I have gone back to Clark on a number of issues, and have since made him my legal counsel of choice (even for something as simple as reviewing loan documents). I trust Clark to review all of my legal matters, and translate them into lemans terms so I can more easily understand the pro’s and con’s of each transaction I am going into.

This was my First time working with Clark Braunstein and he was able to save me! A friend referred me and I was initially skeptical because I have been treated really poorly by attorneys in the past. Although the accusations against me were false, I knew we had an uphill battle and was considering giving up. My business partners are crooks and Clark was able to meticulously show in court that the property belonged to me and that my partners had no claim to any past, present, or future earnings. Because of defendants that simply wouldn't take my case seriously, my lawsuit lasted longer than I expected and there were many times I wanted to simply give up, not thinking it would be worth it. Not only was Alon encouraging about keeping on with the case, he would check in now and again as to the emotional turmoil that the lawsuit was causing me. Luckily I took his advice and saw it through to trial, as that day in court that we WON I was so overwhelmed I was almost in tears: it was like a huge weight had been lifted. With another attorney that didn't care as much as Alon, I don't think I would have seen it through to the end.

I have heard many horror stories about lawyers: how they can not be trusted and that they are always seeking more money. In my experience in using Alon's services, I have gained much respect for him. taking a moment to say what an awesome attorney Erik is although it's been a couple years since he did work for me. He's on my mind as I just referred a colleague to him for a personal injury matter. I have referred more people to him than I can count, in a variety of areas, but particularly personal injury and landlord tenant. the first thing I will say is that he genuinely seemed to care about my situation (a nightmare of a landlord tenant situation - me the tenant without much power). I felt like he wanted to get my problem solved and compensate me for my economic loss and stress along the way and that's exactly what he did. He completely understood my aversion to litigation, despite the fact that I am also a lawyer ha! He crafted a very persuasive demand letter and got me 100% of what I asked for. LL literally caved on every single thing. Most importantly, they immediately fixed the problem in my house which had been a nightmare, I won't disturb you with the details. All of this in a short period of time, no court hassle. Erik was kind, listened, and actually returned my phone calls. You will not find a better attorney!

This review is based on my experience with Larry Ivanjack. Mr. Ivanjack is knowledgeable on complex commercial property litigation and most importantly he is honest and has integrity. In an era of thieves and cowards, it has become rare to find an attorney who has such values.
