I was not able to give my case to Paula as my problem was related to a roach issue but she was able to provide amazing consultation for me to communicate my problem to my landlords. This luxury apartment was able to cancel my buyout lease thanks to Paula's legal advice! Please give Paula a call if you need help, she is quick to answer and very informative. I will leave this review to those that want the honest truth and unfortunately, I need to leave this review vague enough so that her office doesn’t try and discredit my comments (I would challenge you to look at her responses to other negative reviews…some are obviously warranted) I don’t play.
Several years ago, I was going through the most challenging time of my young adult life. I had made some mistakes years prior and unfortunately found myself in a predicament, which lead me to an admission of guilt to my misdemeanor charge…per my council (Ms. Frye directly) I accepted a deal that was inaccurately presented to me in court. While dealing with the aftermath of my case, it was brought to my attention that Ms. Frye had given me an inaccurate and false narrative of my obligations to the court. I can’t go into extreme detail, but I can tell you, I have more than enough evidence of malpractice. I do not and will not take this lightly. As a working class medical professional, anyone that wants to partner with Ms. Frye I would recommend you head my warning.
I have a case worker overlooking my complaint to the Georgia board. As a criminal defense attorney, Ms. Frye does not want these facts to become public, but unfortunately this is the direction she would like to move forward with. She is unwilling to admit to the mistakes she made to the court (and myself), which the court has graciously provided me and my current attorneys (several years later, after the incident) with enough proof and evidence of said malpractice.
There are so many attorneys out there. This one will overcharge you and make it feel normal…and in my case, give you the worst outcome possible (with sprinkles of nasty, disrespectful and condescending attitude) while verbally giving you the wrong outcome of your case after the trial. I can’t make this up. I know I sound like someone recently hurt by the outcome of my case…that is incorrect. I advise any and everyone to challenge any potential attorney that you might be interested in to ask adequate questions and understand the realm of possibilities regarding your case. This was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my entire life, and I have really been struggling with it for years. I would not recommend Ms. Frye to my worst enemy.

Rhonda was hired to handle my father's case, but unfortunately, she has been incredibly unhelpful. She became dismissive and irritated with him, eventually requesting a psychological evaluation. This has caused unnecessary delays; my father has been stuck in custody for over five months waiting for this evaluation, which has put his entire case on hold. He already has a program ready to help him with addiction treatment, but the only thing holding him back is this evaluation. Our family has reached out to Rhonda multiple times out of concern, but she’s been consistently rude and dismissive to us. A lawyer should advocate for their client and be accessible during such critical times—Rhonda has done the exact opposite. I would rate her less than one star if I could; she doesn’t even deserve that

Matthew is a very thorough and competent attorney who always had my best interests in mind. Matthew would not hesitate to tell me when he had to curb our actions based on what would be more beneficial for me as the client. I was always informed when Matthew was my attorney, and I always felt like I was in very good hands. Having Eric Welch represent me in my DUI case was a godsend. I was facing a 3rd DUI and I was very concerned about my future. I have never felt like previous lawyers I spoke to listened to my struggles nor cared until now. He was always readily available to answer all me questions. He took my case extremely seriously and seemingly personal. Eric Welch was able to get the courts to reduce my charge to a Reckless Driving and I couldn’t have been happier with his services. Had I retained any other attorney, I do not think I would have obtained the result that I did. I highly recommend him.

Ian Falcone was hired to handle a problem with a competitor who had taken and was using our intellectual property, and was in clear violation of the Digital Millenium Copyrights Act. Their actions were also causing problems with search engine rankings. When verbal requests and a demand letter were ignored the matter escalated. With well placed requests and utilization of DMCA laws the company's website was totally removed from Google search results.

Evidently Jeff presented such a strong case in my favor that the defendent decided to settle during jury deliberation. We later found out from talking to jurors that the settlement amount I received far exceeded the amount the jury was prepared to offer.

Mr. Prado represented me on a case where I was being harassed by a shady bill collector. He worked very hard on the case and putin extensive time and effort in my behalf. He kept my updated with the developments and offered sound advice throughout the entire procedure. can we start with a standing ovation for Zak though ! a woman that is TRULY representing for the community . i’ll never forget the first time i exchanged words with her in regards to the case … it didn’t make sense , we will attempt to get the charges dropped .
no lie , a year later i had littleto no faith that Watson Law LLC was really looking out for me and my best interest . i like thorough communication , especially involving something that was as sensitive to me as this was , and i wasn’t receiving it . i was an unhappy client . then BOOM ! the law angel came to me in my sleep and slapped the black off me and said “ call the state , you’ll understand everything after you obey my wishes “ . low and behold i discovered my issue was with the state and NOT my law firm !!!! GEORGIA HAS THE WORST LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE U.S!! they are always backed up or not prepared in court … that’s crazy work my boy lmao

My T.V. attorney was over his head,but by the true Grace of God, he knew Ed. I was summoned to his office to hear the bad news that they were only offering 25k for my case. I was devastated, I had 3 minor children and couldn't return to work. Mr.Tv had referred me to a workman's comp attorney ,who had me sign a broad release, which later endangered my settlement. Now, I needed a contract lawyer. Ed came in, read the contract and reassured me he would get me what I deserved or at least in the ballpark. He gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him anytime(he answers his phone ,too). After several surgeries, physical therapy, depositions, mediations, late night phone calls and a lot of prayer, Ed did it. My case went from 25k to 300k, from there to 550k. He could have gotten me more but I decided to settle. I was ready to get my life back it had been years waiting. Edward Stabell, was by then a trusted friend. Don't give up on you, Ed won't!

I called Saeed and explained my traffic ticket; unlike the other lawyers who wanted me to hire them immediately and pay them up front. Saeed advised me that my traffic ticket was a simple expiry of tag and that i should be able to pay the fine without paying thousands to any lawyer. He was more of a physician watching out for the best interest of his client instead of a businessman looking out for the best for himself. Saeed is a fantastic attorney and just a genuinely caring guy. His office is in a very nice area, and conveniently located. He spent more time with me than I've ever experienced from an attorney, and he was quick to find answers to all my questions. He handled my case extremely efficiently, and even made me laugh a couple times.
