Apart from being an incredible attorney, Tom is a great guy to deal with. Our firm was stuck with a development deal that was taking forever to close due to the inaction of a former attorney. Mr. Gerald Baldino gave me the run around for FIVE MONTHS about a very important case that meant the world to me and my family.
He was terrible at returning phone calls. I would call his office and speak to the receptionist and she would tell me that Mr. Baldino would call me back shortly but it took weeks to hear back from him. This made me feel like I wasn’t important enough to deserve a phone call back. To top it off - after 5 months of waiting and one more phone call to his office to speak with him - he has his assistant send me a email declining my case. The assistant (Susan) couldn’t even spell my name right in the email!
I called the office once I received the email, asking for mr. Baldino to give me an explanation on why he never returned my previous call and to why he is not going to take my case but the receptionist tells me he will “try his best” to call me back before he leaves for vacation for TWO WEEKS. Well, I wasn’t important enough for him to call me back once again. The way Mr. Baldino handled this matter was UNPROFESSIONAL and just plain rude. I will NEVER recommend this firm to anymore. They are clearly just worried about the money and not the person who suffered. I wasted months on my time waiting to hear from him When I could of found a lawyer who actually cared about their client and the limited time by law that they have to file a claim.
Don’t waste your time like I did.

Early 2019 Amanda didn’t offer to meet her new client(me) before the case, didn’t contact me before that morning, showed up for my hearing late, did not introduce herself, was completely unprepared, and seemed lost during the case being heard in front of the judge, responses seemed uneducated. Still waiting for the return of my retainer ???

he never calls back clients. He doesn't always show up for hearings he sends an associate who knows nothing about your case. He never goes to see the incardinated unless its the first time to speak to them in which he tells nothing but lies stating what he can do for them. He takes your money and then you don't hear from him. I wouldn't get this lawyer for my child if he/she was in need. he is a horrible criminal attorney. please do not waste your money. believe me. I know a lot of inmates that used him and they all say the same thing. I spoken to wives mothers of inmates who used him.

I reached out to this law firm to just explain a situation I was having with my landlord. I wasn’t seeking a lawyer but just had one legal question I was hoping maybe they could answer for me. I inquired online which sends an email to notify their office. When I received a response, it was an accidental response that one of the members had meant to send to to all of his colleagues, that read “now this one we do not want” . I never received legal help nor hired a lawyer from this firm , & my review is no reflection on how they handle their actual clients or legal cases , however it is a proper representation of my experience with them.

I highly Recommend Gibson & Perkins. I have used their services for approximately 6 years now and been through a few cases together with very positive outcomes. Personally, I have used Paul Fellman and Walter Timby on those occasions. Both, as a team & separately these Attorneys were wonderful to work with and easily accessible to reach if I had any questions. Professionalism is the word that comes to mind to describe the firm, as a whole. Always completely prepared for any surprises that may pop up during a trial. They were well versed on all pertinent info pertaining to each case. As I client, I always felt I was an integral part of the team, not an after-thought, that had to be brought up to speed a half hour before the trial started. I could not recommend this firm and Mr. Fellman and Mr. Timby any higher.

I retained Michael Handley's legal services in October of 2020. I fully trusted that he had my best interest at heart, and that he would fight to get me the best settlement, wrong. Months went by without a word from Michael Handley. When Michael finally reached out to me, it was by phone, a 50 minute chat about how, personal injury is not his field. Not even a phone call to the company the suit was against, not even a letter was sent. All this time wasted.

I came to Michael for help with my DUI and everybody that I spoke to said I would lose my license and do some jail time and he was the only one able to get me out of losing my license and doing any jail time. Nelson was the counsel for a seller, I was the buyer and had to work through Nelson. Over a 11 day period... Nelson took days to call back, after multiple calls and multiple emails, finally called to tell me that we did not win the bid for the house. I come to find out that even though my letter of intent AND my AOS said that I would cover closing costs, along with phone conversations confirming the fact, the seller told me that wasn't conveyed to him. It cost me the deal. I found it very odd how this played out. Attention to detail is not his strong suit.
