We were victims of hurricane Ian. Our property insurance was with Slide Insurance. Their initial field adjuster was terrific and agreed that the roof needed replacement and the lanai screens repaired. Slide then sent 2 other field adjusters out to refute original adjuster claims and said damage was caused by poor maintenance by us. Well, enter Mike who guided us to a successful claim allowing us to replace the roof and other needed repairs. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate. A perfect lawyer to have on your side when dealing with insurance companies. Thank you Mike!

I was very uneducated to the law. of certain things. she took the time to inform me with all the questions I had for her. my case was defiantly not a easy one. but she definitely took me through the process and made me feel at ease though out. the time it was on and off 6 years. not her fault. the system just takes little longer in some cases. I would NEVER recommend Erica as an attorney to anyone if you want things done right and fair. Honestly, one of the worst decisions I have ever made obtaining her.
At first, she comes off very nice and states she is not out for money, but that is completely false.
She dragged things out in my situation and billed me for any money she could get without helping me whatsoever. She would never respond to my emails and I had to explain to her staff that I already sent very pertinent information that she asked from me several times.
I obtained this attorney for help and she was no help at all. Cost me $10k for absolutely NOTHING done to help me as her client. Trust me, go elsewhere if you need someone on your side. Not Erica Feinswog!

Sean and his team were absolutely amazing during our family custody issues. His paralegal team and staff assistants were quick on responding back to questions and concerns my husband and I had during this stressful process. I know there are many big named law firms out there, but I will always choose David Gorewitz. He is very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and cares about his clients. When the situation calls for it, he is the bulldog that I know I want in a lawyer. He and his staff are always sure to address any concerns I have in a timely fashion, which is so important to me. He definitely has my best interests at heart when representing me. I have had him as a lawyer in three cases since 2004, and he has represented some of my friends and family as well. I get good advice and representation here.

Mr. Gorewitz represented us in a diminished value case for an automobile accident we were involved in. He did an excellent job and we were successful in recovering from the other insurance company for our loss. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Gorewitz was always available to answer questions we had and did a great job keeping us informed on all aspects of our case. At our court date, Mr. Gorewitz did an outstanding job presenting the case, interviewing our expert witness to establish his credibility and methodology, and exposing major holes in the insurance company's expert witness testimony. He was very much prepared and ready to win our case given his 30 years of experience in the legal field.
My wife and I would highly recommend Mr. Gorewitz for those in need of a board certified trial lawyer and we would definitely want him to represent us in the future if the need ever arises.

After dealing with another attorney for my case and ending up getting the raw end of the deal, I met with Mr. Gorewitz personally who reviewed my case, he found that I still had a case to pursue, immediately went after the person who caused my accident and the insurance company and was able to get the full benefits I was entitled to. Never a problem talking directly to the lawyer whenever I asked. Office staff were extremely polite and knowledgable and the personal experience of having a case with this office will be always remembered and will definitely be used in the future if needed.

Mr. Vaughn is a horse of a different color when it comes to attorneys. He has a true belief justice should be served, aggressive, making every effort possible, putting in time needed to find a way to make it happen. He takes a personal interest in his cases and though has to make his money has an equal interest in justice. He is more knowledgable regarding laws other attorneys I've spoken to never even mentioned. If lucky enough for Mr. Vaughn to have time to take your case, you will have no regrets nor could you have find anyone able to handle it better.

Mr. Studenberg has many qualities that would qualify him to be deemed an exceptional person to have in your corner, but the one that he exercises without fail is his understanding and communicative ability to deal with all aspects of the law concerning each case. He has handled not only my personal estate, but that of my late sister. And I have to say honestly, I have never found him to be anything but the complete professional in all areas of planning and plea's of the court.
