So since early September I was trying to get my VA case appealed, I left a dozen messages over the course of a few months with the assistant but they would never return my call, I literally spoke to him once and he said if I could get a doctor to send a letter that they would appeal my case for me, but they would never return my calls so we could move forward. Definitely wish I hadn't wasted my time.

Hired this guy and didn't hear from him for four months. When I did he called me by the employer name. He and Workman's Comp Doctors blamed my accident on me. Thier are certainly money and political drive the way of Tennessee State Workman's Comp. The game thier playing are definitely leaving injured Tennessee workers holding a bag of hurt and financial hardship.

Please, if you want your case to be taken seriously and professionally, RUN AWAY FROM Mc Cullough law. Needing a lawyer is already a humbling experience and sometimes humiliating process. This law firm made my circumstances 10x’s worst. They were completely unsympathetic when it came to handling my case with care and would ask me to fulfill duties that they were being compensated to do. After Asking for updates about the status of my case and where it stood, I was met with either no response or rude responses. The communication on their end got so bad that I found myself having to show up unannounced numerous times just to try and catch them.
They’re receptionists was completely out of line in the way that she spoke to their clients as well. (myself) I was met with snarky remarks, quick one worded answers, and an attitude to boot. When I informed them of her unpleasant and unprofessional behavior, they did nothing about. Actually, I apologize, they DID do something about it…………..THEY BLAMED ME for their employees attitude.
After we parted ways, I was informed that a refund would be given to me after they itemized what was “appropriate.” I only received a 50% refund after only working with them for a month. They’re was barley, if any, paperwork filed because they kept requesting me to get my ex’s information that was needed.
Learn from my mistakes. I urge you to find a professional law firm that will treat you like a paying client and respect you as a person.
P.S: this isn’t even half of what happened.

I received a letter from Dinkelspiel Rasmussen & Mink
regarding outstanding HOA dues, which I was completely unaware of and apparently went to collection. I politely reached out to the staff to get more information and figure out how to pay to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, they refused to provide any contact details or assistance, and were rude and unprofessional. I would love to pay any outstanding dues but it is extremely frustrating and unreasonable to own property in an HOA and not have clear access to the information needed to resolve issues like this.
The staff I spoke with were unhelpful, unprofessional, and, in one instance, even hung up on me. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service, and I am left with no solution or guidance on how to settle this matter. Clear communication and professionalism is essential, and unfortunately, I have not experienced that from this company nor their staff.

Most incompetent law firm I have ever dealt with. Cannot even get my address correct after notifying them of their error. If they cannot even get an address correct what else are they missing?
Also discrepancies in letters I was sent. Very unprofessional. Won’t be recommending them to anyone and hope they hire more competent staff. Messy messy messy! 👎🏻👎🏻

Bill Jones provided cool-headed guidance in a seemingly life-shattering situation. He took me from getting no time with my kids to winning majority custody. I was recommended to Barbara Loevy from another attorney. I am 41 years old and have worked all of my adult life. In the past two years i've been in and out of ambulances and Memphis emergency rooms over a dozen times. Due to grand-mal seizures and sholder dislocations due to the seizures. My most recent seizure resulted in my siezing while driving, flipping my car and waking up in a hospital. Although I am still young, my body and emotional state feels defeated. I cant pay any bills (Hospital, MLGW, Food, Child support, ect).. and every day I fall furthur behind. Now, to make matters worse, my best friend.."my mother" just passed and I'm lost and falling fast. Pulling myself together, I called the office of Barbara R. Loevy to ask for assistance in fighting for my social security. I was greeted with extremly rude individuals who said "I dont think Barbara wants your case, I suggest you flip trough the yellow pages and find another lawyer" I then asked is there any way I can speak to Ms. Loevy myself. The individual told me no. I then asked the individual for her name so because I always document who I speak with. She told me no! Then hung up the phone. I'm sure, or I hope Attorney Loevy is not aware of the lack of customer service and sensetivity her employees show. This is an example of kicking a person when there down from a firm that is suppose to help. I plan to continue to try to contact this attorney, not to help with my case, but to inform her of exactly how I was treated when I asked her office for help
