Dan was a wonderful find. I am an attorney as well, so I have an insider's kowledge of what a good attorney does and says, and I was completely comfortable and happy with Dan.
With my 20+ years background in the legal profession, I would not be giving out any recommendation unless I was 100% convinced of the value and worth of another attorney's services. Dan is that rare find within our profession of a person who does a great job AND cares about the clients. Too often, the really good lawyers become jaded or insensitive to the needs/fears of the clients; while it's the younger attorneys who care greatly about the clients but lack the experience/knowledge to provide counsel at the highest levels. Dan Rustmann provided BOTH for me and my firm in our business dispute, and I am thankful for that.
Further, in my opinion, Dan persevered in a difficult situation within the litigation and achieved results at the highest levels of my expectations. He has to legal talent to back up this sterling recommendation.

As an entrepreneur himself, he has a deep, firsthand understanding of the pitfalls and challenges that new business owners face. He’s slyer than a fox, yet direct and honest.
I’ll definitely hire him as an advisor once my businesses reach that stage. An ounce of prevention is worth far more than an ounce of cure!
His assistant also answers the phone, which is rare for most lawyers I’ve worked with. I’ve gotten used to waiting 2-5 business days for a response, but this guy actually picks up the phone. Incredible!

I was referred to Micheal to have a will done. I found him to be very personalbe and comfortable to deal with. Michael was also extremely reasonable with his rates. The work was done when he said it would be done. I had to change a couple of things toward the end and he graciously did this without any inconvience shown at all. I would go back to him for further work if necessary.

Ms. Adel helped with my case vs the UIA by writing an appeal letter with supporting evidence to the ALJ. She worked in a timely manner to do this, answered all my questions via email within one day, explained every step of the appeal process, faxed the appeal on my behalf, and even spoke with me over the phone. Ms. Adel even answered my questions after the appeal was submitted regarding the next steps for either outcome but due to the strong letter she wrote me, the ALJ rule was in our favor.
