I am a Senior and am a bladder cancer survivor. Because of my treatment I have very little time when nature calls. I was speeding on the freeway in an attempt to make the next exit. The police officer had little understanding and I was give a citation for a significant amount over the speed limit. I contacted Katz Law and received an IMMEDIATE response. Caleb said "not-to-worry" and he and his team went to work on my behalf. Everything was handled in such a professional manner and the final resolution was in my favor. Katz Law IS THE BEST and they did exactly as was promised. Not good, but GREAT!

Upfront, honest, hard working down to earth are words that come to mind. I worked specifically with Keith after a pretty rough car accident and he was extremely kind and understanding from the beginning. Scott Burns did an excellent job in working with a mortgage lender to convince them to accept a deed return in lieu of foreclosure for a home that had become worth substantially less than what was owed on the original mortgage. He was effective in communicating with attorneys representing the mortgage holder. He was very helpful in putting together the paperwork needed by the bank to review the possibility of accepting the deed without foreclosing on the property and he also made sure that my spouse, who was not a party to the deed, was protected from liability. Scott was very easy to communicate with and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns that we had. I recommend him highly and without reservation for matters concerning real estate.
