There are not enough words to convey what a blessing Mr.Emerson was for our family. He fought for my daughter on a college level to make sure her accommodations were legally met. When we called him to tell him all the hard work had paid off and she was accepted into her program, it felt like we had just told a family member. He was so excited for her and that meant so much to us. He has a true passion and love for what he does. I would highly recommend him. The best way to add to these superb (and accurate) reviews is by saying that Ross was originally hesitant to take my case against the major medical presence in our county as they have a stranglehold on everything. He evaluated my wrongful surgery, outlined options and included me decision by decision. I am thrilled with the results. Ross worked hard, professionally and smartly, answering my emails at all hours. He was meticulous about stating pros and cons and allowing me to be the final decision maker. And OMG, he has a sense of humor, can be really tough and is a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I purchased our first home, and were takin advantage of by the contractor who flipped the house. We were subject to several costly and concealed construction defects. Having someone go the extra mile, when I wasn’t able to, made me feel much better about my involvement and my responsibilities related to a foreclosure matter against a series of large banks I was handling for more than 5 years. Ms. Gaddy’s high standards and attention to detail made the process and result something I can look back on happy that I was involved. I felt lucky to find someone who wasn’t content with knowing more than me she wanted to know more than all the experts involved and the Judge’s order indicates that she did. It was a tremendous relief to know that we shared the same goal for the result of the case. I looked like a hero when it could have gone a very different way. I regularly conduct business with people and I try not to get upset when someone values their payment over their performance but I truly enjoy when someone values their performance above all. Thank you Susan for making this the foreclosure equivalent of David VS Goliath instead of the basketball equivalent of Michael Jordan VS Damian Falcone.

Ms. Gaddy took real concern for my situation from the initial consultation forward. She laid out what was needed, cost, possible outcomes, contingency plans and probable outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
I retained Ms. Gaddy late in the process as I was blindsided by a foreclosure hearing on my mother’s home. Ms. Gaddy dropped weekend plans writing answers, motions, and collecting information (all that legal stuff only lawyers know) to halt the proceedings. Her keen knowledge of South Carolina foreclosures and her experience with the complexities of the process were clearly evident as the tables turned after our first court hearing. I can't imagine going through it without Ms. Gaddy.

John Townsend Cooper is an exceptional Mari-Time attorney, which always had my best interest at the forefront of all things in my case. While I can't really speak of other cases but through the time we spent together, I can say that I feel I gained a friend through this experience that I was going through. John townsend cooper was very punctual, honest, well spoken even when situations were not so pleasent. John is also a very easy going, mild mannered man that showed me that that he's very tolerable with some unruly characters, even when I got a little outta hand, he has ways to shine a light of a calmer voice of compasion and very understanding that always seemed to bring a brighter side to what sometimes seemed difficult situations at the time. John always handled himself and my case with dignity and a since of assurance that no matter how things appeared, his knowledge and experience would prevail. Confidence in my opinion is a key thing to have, and his confidence really in my opinion is what projected my case to the victory that we experienced.

I consulted with Hal regarding several complex real estate matters. Hal had come highly recommended for the particular issues I was facing, and I was very pleased with how quickly he arrived at a feasible and straightforward solution to the matters at hand (in my experience, this typically does not happen during an initial consultation).
I was relieved upon leaving our consultation, as I was equipped with a new perspective as well as expert advice. It would later happen that Hal's recommendations were very well-received. I feel very confident in Hal's abilities and will move forward with him as future matters arise.
I should mention that Hal was the 4th attorney I have consulted with about this matter and was by far the quickest to offer a solution vs the "let me give this some thought" approach, which seems to always translate to a lot of back-and-forth as well as plentiful billed hours. Hal respected my time and I am appreciative of this.

For most people, a small capable law firm to handle our personal business is sufficient. But how difficult it is to find someone you can trust. Attorneys who actually do have your best interests and your back.
I was referred to Merritt at Farmer Law in Mount Pleasant from my title attorney. Being new to the state, a referral to someone I could trust was the only route.
Merritt took care of me. And I had need of follow thru with their staff after the case was closed and they were awesome. Efficient and with the answers I needed.
I typically don’t write reviews for law offices…in fact this is my first “legal services review!”

We contacted Mr. Milligan for assistance in a situation which occurred with our daughter at college. Attorney Richards in my opinion is one of the best attorney in South Carolina. In 2010 through 2013 he did my auto accident case. I lived many miles away from him but he came to my house to visit me. Unfortunately I was not home and missed his visit. I initially discovered him online and the information on his website in my situation was thorough - so I contacted him by phone. He's flexible, patient and very accommodating.Until this day I've never met him face to face - he did everything by phone. My settlement was enormous, he had even gone above and beyond to make sure all my medical bills were paid plus. Dale is the best lawyer anyone could ask for. I hired him to represent me for a traffic ticket I got after flipping my truck to avoid a reckless driver, consequently, almost dying.
After my truck rolled to a stop I hit another car. Due to the scenario in my case the person I hit hired another lawyer to try and convict me for hitting the other driver without insurance. All of which was false.
I hired Dale to handle my traffic ticket for me, basically to go to court ONCE and see what could be done. Due to the other attorney bringing up false narratives the court had to delay my case EVERY MONTH for 9 months. Through every delay Dale showed up for me. Finally the court dismissed my case because of how many times it was delayed due to the other attorney not even showing up.
I offered to try and pay him more than his normal fees because I understand that his time is valuable and he declined EVERY time. “ I agreed to help you and that’s what I am going to do”.

Same experience as the below indivilual below. Thirteen (13) months of a horribly bad experience, when a divorce is hard enough. Very unprofessional. When I complained about his non-responseness he would claim he always returned calls. He would blamed me for not getting his messages. That I had him blocked or my mail server was not working properly. I do not have a server. I was asked to fill out my own legal documents. Which he has not served to the court. Zero legal advise. Nothing accomplished. Already paid him over 8K and he is still billing me. My X's lawyer has done the agreement work so far. Haskins has give my X's lawyer permission to work directly with me.
