Stratton Family Law was the exact help I needed to navigate my Divorce. I had never done anything legally before or even been present in court, so I first googled some lawyers in Nashville which sent me to a larger law firm first. I felt very unimportant and like the intake person on the phone couldn't wait to get to the next caller. They even wanted a deposit of several hundred dollars before I was even allowed to talk to or ask any clarifying questions from a law professional and wanted that money before I even had a zoom meeting with them. I immediately was turned off by that experience and went back to google.
Thankfully, the "Family" in Stratton Family Law caught my eye and was my second attempt at finding a lawyer. The experience was immediately a night and day difference. The office building is a little stuffy on the way in, but once I met my lawyer, Micalah, she made everything so easy on me. Not only could I tell that this firm cared about me as a customer, but she was also great at answering all of my silly questions along the way without sounding condescending or any of the negative implications that the larger firm made me feel. They have a very fair and honest payment plan, she was prompt and kind in communications at every step of the way, and they overall made the experience a breeze even when I was emotionally struggling in court. My troubles started 4 years ago when a detective from Marshal county set me up and proceeded to charge me with a felony that I didn't do. At the time I had no record or knowledge of the law. I just wanted things behind me. I hired a lawyer who was part of the Marshall county cartel and he just went along with everything they said. Long story short I now have a target on me because I bought a farm that Tony Nichols wanted. That man was trying to take advantage of me being ignorant to the law. Last I heard they were getting me on several felonies and sending me to prison for 10+ years. I then got in contact with Ross and he had different plans so I was able to walk out of the hell hole that is Marshall county court house a free man. Ross is so personable and knowledgeable, it gives him the advantage over any other lawyer. If you've been hung out to dry and see no way out from the corruption that we call small town Tennessee politics, do yourself a favor and get Ross Brazil on your side.
P.S. the DA in Marshall County is corrupt as all get out. They all are down there and need to be stopped.

Thanks to Paul Randolph’s legal prowess, which is truly remarkable, he successfully sought the dismissal of 18 charges against my nephew. This case was extraordinarily complex, involving 6 felonies and 4 theft counts. After those charges were nollied due to misidentification, the Police Department in Rutherford County, Tennessee, charged my nephew with 8 new theft counts. Undeterred by this development, Paul meticulously explored every detail of the case and concluded that the Police Department did not have probable cause to arrest my nephew.
Paul's representation throughout this ordeal has been nothing short of exceptional. His skills in navigating the intricacies of the legal system, his unwavering dedication to uncovering the truth, and his steadfast commitment to justice were evident in every step he took. I reached out to Mr. Venick for his counsel on a separation agreement and for advice regarding discriminatory treatment I had experienced from my direct manager.
Mr. Venick was out of town when I initially reached out and wouldn't be available until at least a week from my initial contact. As I was under a time constraint I was anxious to meet with him. I shared that with his staff who apparently made sure Mr. Venick was aware of this. Mr. Venick was very responsive upon his return and scheduled a meeting with me on his 2nd day back in the office.
During this 1st meeting, Mr. Venick took the time to ask me a lot of specific but thoughtful questions to help us move forward.
Throughout the process, he was very responsive as well as proc-active in reaching out to me to make sure I didn't miss any deadlines.
I would recommend(and already have) Mr Venick to anyone who needs assistance with employment/employer issues.

Mr. Venick's professional assistance and advice during the worst six months of my lengthy career was outstanding. He was like the extended family member who helped me work through the emotional anger of my former workplace situation when newer, younger, and less experienced people became my direct supervisors. Once I was able to focus on the facts and document them as Mr. Venick recommended, I was able to make the appropriate decisions for me and my family. We did not go to the litigation phase, but I did receive what we both felt was a fair settlement offer. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I contacted Mr. Venick after I had been forced to retire from my Washington, DC-based organization. I needed assistance in negotiating a severance package and possibly taking further steps. He was terrific in helping me.
Ultimately this was not a situation requiring protracted legal back-and-forth or a lawsuit. Mr. Venick's advice was great. He did an excellent job of walking me through everything that happened.
The most impressive thing he did (in my opinion) was to ask me what I wanted the outcome to b and walk me through the pros and cons of all my options.
The outcome was minimalist. All of the negotiation with my former employer were taken care of by mail and phone. This was a huge relief. Trying to work all of this out in Washington, DC, and in Nashville would have been arduous, especially given that I had unexpected health issues in the middle of it. It was settled to me satisfaction.
All this is to say, that Mr. Venick was a terrific lawyer who encouraged modest measured steps to achieve what I wanted. Other lawyers mightjust have said see you all in court. I am grateful for his help.

Audrey Anderson did not do what she said she was going to do for me. A total disappointment. She told me one thing before she was paid, then changed her story after she was paid.
She even discussed my case details with a random contractor that came to her home, it turns out the contractor knew me, and I was informed.
Audrey was fired, because for three (3) months, her response to me was," I am unable to reach opposing counsel".

Called in to get some legal advice, receptionist was super rude and nasty.
I called in trying to get legal advice and the lady was soooooo rude, she asked me for my email and I told her I didn’t have one, and she started laughing and said….. “who doesn’t have an email now a days, are you serious?! “ I then told her I didn’t want to give out my email because I know it was going to lead to spam, I told her she was being rude and I would take my business elsewhere.
The audacity of people, I would expect this from someone offering free legal services not an office like such. 🙏🏼 may God continue to bless your law firm.

When I found myself in the impossible position of being a stay at home mom and, facing divorce, I had no idea what I was going to do. Thankfully a good friend referred me to Aaron. I instantly felt the relief of having someone both caring and competent, in my corner. I would have been more than happy just to have my kids and, be free of my ex. What I got was so much more. I ended up with both houses and, all of the equity. I have full custody of my children and a very fair amount of child support. Ultimately, I ended up in a much better position to take care of my children than I ever imagined possible. I am also in a much better place mentally, thanks to the kindness and support of Aaron and Christine. I would highly recommend them for any divorce and parenting situation but, especially high conflict.

My Wife and I lost a company back in 2010, not sue to us, but because a banker that singed our business loans was thrown in prison for embezzeling money. We both signed a personal guarantee for a lease for accounting software. Years later, the creditor pursued us heavily. They garnished wages, filed liens on our houses and threatened all kinds of other things. I hired an Attorney to negotiate a settlement prior to getting Glen involved and they failed. I was hesitant to hire another Attorney for the same thing and was contemplating bankruptcy. My Wife and I hire Glen, through a recommendation. We met with him one time and hired him shortly after. Glen worked with me the entire way and negotiated a very fair settlement agreement. We signed the agreement today and now I will be making payments. Once the settlement agreement is paid, my Wife and I will have our lives back again. I would like to thank Glen for all of his hard work to get this resolved. I would absolutely hire Glen again. Not happy with my business here. Mr. Windrow and his paralegal, Mrs. Denton, barely communicate with you. On top of that, they do not seem to care or properly review evidence. Mr. Windrow got the details of my case wrong. Sounds like someone needs to go back to law school. Go have someone else represent you that actually cares and researches your case. Mr. Windrow never built a defense for me and really fought for me. I grew up wanting to be a lawyer and I am aware of the questions you are supposed to ask to build a defense. His job was lazy. Just took my case for the money and felt he would have to put in some real time to win some money, and couldn’t do that. They are a JOKE.
