The best thing that could have happened when I needed a lawyer was to hire Attorney LaGrone. I was in need of representation in order to be appointed conservator for my Mom who had alzheimers. Attorney LaGrone quickly got the process started; assisted with the necessary paperwork, answered questions I had, and kept me informed throughout the process, even after conservatorship was granted. Another positive experience was with Attorney LaGrone's secretary, Shanti. She was very helpful, cordial, and made me feel extremely comfortable discussing issues. Ms. Johnson is in my opinion one of the best lawyers I have ever had. I was involved in a horrific car accident that was initially deemed my fault. I was the victim of a "stopping short" scam. Without any witnesses to support this claim I thought there would be no way i could prove it. Ms. Johnson was able to bring in the right people that could prove my case. She was extremely thorough and sympathetic to my situation. When I realized she had only been a lawyer for just over a year, I couldn't believe it. She was a complete professional and I would recommend her for ANY case. Not to mention she has Bryan Lewis as her mentor, who is one of the best known Criminal and personal injury lawyers in the area. Trip does what we expect, in the specified time, and for the agreed compensation. Perhaps, this comes from our clearly defined scope and long successful history. Or, perhaps it is just because he is good at what he does. He has reprensented me, my architectural practice and my family since the 1990's in contractual issues, adoption, and real estate.
Although we met socially, and our families share common interests, he knows the line between personal and professional, public and private. One doesn't realize the value of this until you need it. And, when you need it, such professional service is priceless.

Helped guide my wife and I in producing and preparing a will. In addition to power of attorney. Was very detailed and covered many areas I had never considered. She provided excellent communication and took time to answer all of our questions. She was very patient and made sure to give us areas of concern we had not considered. First of all, he was quickly responsive. When I arrived for consult, he took his time to explain in detail some things that a prior attorney didn't. He seemed concerned, knowledgeable and logical. He offered different ways to assist me, at very reasonable rates. He seems to take his job very seriously, and he's very down to earth & easy to communicate with. My case was not a very large one, and several attorneys had already said it was too small for them to consider. Mr. Rossman was a god-send for me. John gave me direct honest advice which caused me to not need his services, thus saving money. His advice was sound and calming in the face of being falsely accused and in momentary hot water with FBI, TBI and Local authorities. I took John's and Thomas Jefferson's advice to "If angry, count 10, if very angry 100" and I've counted for a year and a half, enjoying life and not letting those with lesser intellects and values upset my pursuit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
