I have been a client of Uscher, Quiat, Uscher & Russo and specifically Joel D. Zelkowitz, Esq. since the summer of 2017 when I injured my hand and the firm was referred to me by the providers of my disability insurance. Never did I think I would need an attorney for my straight forward injury and claim... I was wrong. Thankfully my path was gratefully blessed with Mr. Joel Zelkowitz from the very beginning. He has handled everything with getting my disability insurance policy activated without issue and has done so with me being many states away. Joel quickly and diligently handles any matters that arise and deals with them directly. Mr. Zelkowitz always takes time to explain to me the importance of each and every thing that he does for my case. He truly is my advocate. He is NEVER too busy for me and has always made extra time for me during my more "stressed" times. I appreciate Joel is never shy about asking for other's opinions in his firm as well.
Mr. Zelkowitz not only handled the initial matters with the insurance company, but he has since dealt with an appeal on my behalf to get my claim reinstated after the company stopped paying. Each time I spoke with Mr. Drinkwater he was always courteous, professional!! He is kind hearted treats you like a human being and not a number and that was very important to me. Lawyers are known to be called "sharks" but not Stanley he is amazing and so his his staff. They always kept me informed and never gave me the run around. Lane & Lane helped me with a prenup and were fantastic. From being upfront about what the costs would include, why not to go with much cheaper, online options, and then the follow-through, I was in good hands the entire time. This can be a delicate/difficult sort of agreement for a couple, and Lane & Lane were courteous, professional, and detailed. Highly recommended.

Omar A. Lopez is a fantastic attorney. He always gives the best advice. I suffered for two years in a hostile work environment and was able to keep my job and stop my harasser when management was hoping to fire me because I complained about unfair and unethical workplace practices . This gave me a chance to find another job and keep my good employee records. I was never as upset as I was dealing with that horrible workplace and Mr. Lopez was there when I needed him for morale support. I could have taken the easy way out and quit or let them continue to harass me but I am glad I had Mr. Lopez’ help. I 100% recommend him. If I could, I would give Louis and his team 10 stars! Thanks to all the lovely and very true reviews here on Google, I had to share my amazing experience with Louis Boltik. I reached out to Louis earlier this year as I was in need of a local real estate attorney to assist with the sale of my home and did not have a realtor to make any recommendations for me. From the very first interaction with Louis, I knew I was in good hands. Not only was he prompt and kind, he was extremely honest and knowledgeable and willing to offer guidance even before I hired him (and after closing).
What I really admire about Louis is how he prioritizes his clients, and take the time even after work hours to be available. He is honest and gives reliable advice (he does not "sugar coat" the law, which I can't say for some other lawyers out there). The entire process working with Louis was seamless from start to finish and beyond.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of using an alternate attorney for my new home purchase due to my realtors recommendation and relationship and 5 months post close on the new home, I am STILL fighting issues and regretting not working with Louis.
I recently had a personal question regarding my sale and reached out to Louis to ask for some information, not only was he more than happy to help me, he called me after hours, stayed on the line with me AND even helped to review some of the issues I am having with the other lawyer that I used for my purchase - that is truly top notch service if you ask me.

Jessica Bosch is an outstanding attorney. In my initial consultation , she laid out in detail the way my case should proceed. She explained that she would handle it amicably, but if needed she would aggressively protect my interests. What should have been an easy case turned into an adversarial situation and Jessica was right on top of it, protecting my interests in a highly effective and efficient manner. After a what was too long of a journey, the settlement was exactly what she laid out for me in the initial consult!! Throughout the proceedings, Jessica was razor sharp and quick to jump on what needed to be done. She was supportive of me and also gave me clear boundaries for negotiating, etc and did not let me give in to unfair requests (she was my backbone!). During panel review and mediation, she was very assertive (appropriately, but believe me, she will fight for you!!!). She protected my interests and pointed out the other side's unreasonable requests in a clear, direct, and focused manner. (in response to a frivolous motion, she produced what was a legal work of art as a response-- the other side withdrew the motion! Unsubstantiated claims from the other side in emails- not tolerated, she put the facts on the record in proper procedural form). As I said, Jessica is highly effective and efficient as is her staff. Her paralegal was outstanding making sure I had every piece of paper work and guided me through what was needed and when it was needed!!
I can only give my highest recommendation for Jessica Bosch.

Horrible ! Waist of time
I was in a hit and run. In a very busy area with not only cameras but high security building across the street. She said is a he said she said. But what isn’t?
Linda every 3 months will tell me to stay in physical therapy. That she is trying to get the video, 2 years later dropped my case and now I’m being sued. Sends me to go MRI stacking up more than 20,000 in debt !

I was fortunate in that I witnessed Ryan perform on a case in a courtroom. I was there on another case. I was so impressed, that I asked to speak to him outside of the court room. That began a lawyer- client relationship. Ryan has done legal work since for my entire family. This includes an easement issue for me, real estate for one son, and criminal for another son. On all issues he achieved the outcome we were looking for...as in "we won."
He is a gentleman, a professional, a team player, and importantly keeps the client in the loop all along the way...which included after hours phone conversations, if needed. He knows the law!
Frankly, I am in my mid seventies and have had the need for counsel on occasion. My only regret is that I had not met Ryan sooner.

Carolina assisted me with an ongoing matter that I had with a neighbor in the apartment complex I lived in. For over 1 year, we had multiple complaints with these neighbors to the building management that included several calls to the local police department.
