I had very negative experiences using this firm. I had a very straightforward case that this firm had for several years. They neglected to move my case forward and kept assigning me to new associates until finally after like 20k in legal fees they sent me a letter saying they wouldn’t represent me anymore because their associate was leaving their firm. I found a new attorney that had my case settled in a matter of a couple months for a fraction of the cost. My new attorney couldn’t believe how poorly my case was handled. If you like paying bills and seeing your case go nowhere then you’ve found a great fit. If that’s not your thing keep looking.

In my 41 years on this planet, I have never needed an attorney. I made the initial mistake of hiring another attorney in the early stages of my case. It quickly became clear I needed a new team, and I all but barged into their office during their lunch break. It was the best decision I ever made.
When the time came for my divorce to protect my assets, custody, and really, my livelihood, I cannot say enough about this team. Nathan Frazier is a highly intelligent, compassionate and decent human that truly cares about his clients. I was emotionally distraught during my divorce with custody case and Nathan truly came through. Laurie and Lorrie are extremely efficient and know their stuff. Tiffany Oliver Leigh is unprofessional, accusatory, and can’t be trusted. She told me in an email “Moreover, there is no requirement that you know of their whereabouts at all times.” I’m the father of 2 boys and she is saying this. No requirement? My boys are both under age 18 and every parent, should be “required “ to know where their children are at all times. It’s kind of a LAW. A lawyer said this. She also told me “I’m not in the business of breaking families apart”, but her words and her actions do not match. My family has been torn apart since the first day she was hired. I submitted a formal complaint to the Supreme Court of New Mexico for her misconduct and horrible communication skills. I emailed her 3 weeks in advance, so that she wouldn’t be last minute making decisions. She didn’t even look at my email and responded 4 weeks later to accuse me of harassment and being a drunk driver. My driving record is impeccable. Not to mention , she had no response to the email I sent 4 weeks earlier. Please be very aware of this if you decide to hire her as your attorney and if she’s the opposing attorney, you are at her mercy as a lawyer and judge.

I would like to share my experience with Samantha Day represented my family with our late parents will 2023 and 2024. She was very understanding, helpful explaining the procedures.
I live in Colorado. My brother in person and myself on the phone Samantha had no problem doing this for us. Timing for the meetings she was open to when we could do them.
She was in touch with us consistently. We never had to wonder what was going on. If we had a question she responded immediately.
My brother and myself were so pleased with her work ,we both have had her do our own trusts. She is licensed in Colorado. My health and grief had kept me from going to Albuquerque. Samantha did my trust over the phone and email. Again she did this with her caring and knowledge. I would recommend her to anyone needing wills or trusts. Thank you Samantha, hope we can meet someday.

Hello. I had a very unpleasant experience with Will Jenkins. Just because he passed the BAR and is well-versed in legal and lawyer jargon does not give him the right to bully me or speak to me in a disrespectful fashion.
I text him with a few qus re: personal property on a transaction he was overseeing and he started throwing words out like "breach of contract allows us to void the contract", "im still allowing you to pick it up at this point", and "pick it up at this time or im selling it to someone else...
All because i had concerns and asked a few simple questions.
I then went in to make a final pymt. I told him i didnt appreciate him being disrespectful and bullying me prior in those texts and that id like to speak to the Senior Partner to express my concerns.
He says "you bullied a woman", "im a partner, the senior partner is not available, you can talk to me"
"Hes going to side with me anyways"
I told him ill never do business here nor will i refer anyone.
The cherry on top-- he proceeds to say:
" WHO CARES; WE'LL BE SUCCESSFUL ANYWAY"
lol what kind of legitimate, professional law firm does business like that? Do they really engage the community and perspective clients like that?
I was blown away. I even emailed the Senior Partner. He never responded. I guess he did side with him...

Un fraude total esta abogada Marlo Aragón ,se le contrató para un caso de custodia y manutención desde el estado de AZ ,se le pagó un anticipo de 2000 dlls y nunca más se a concretado nada del caso esto desde el mes de enero 2024 ahora estamos en agosto 2024 la Sra abogada no contesta el tel ,email , textos o WhatsApp el cual eliminó……supongo que esto es fraude un robo lo cual buscaremos ayuda en las autoridades correspondientes para solucionar este caso …No la recomiendo

I wish I had read the review from Kent P before I even called this firm. When I first called and spoke to someone regarding my case I was encouraged when i was told that I would be able to do a video chat with an attorney. I did the chat with Margaret Graham on the pre arranged video call. I discussed my situation with Ms Graham. She advised me to write a letter to my brother before I went further, primarily because I expressed to her that I was not sure how to proceed because my father is a 92 year old purple heart veteran and I did not want to stress him more than my brother had. This was a case of exploitation. My older brother had taken steps to take control of my parents estate which included falsly claiming I was stealing from my Dad so he could gain control. In his process he not only removed me as POA but he got my father to sign documnets making him a joint tenant on the properties. He has also kept me from seeing my Dad. I told Ms Graham I was not interested in the property but wanted to be able to see my Dad. Ms. Graham advised me if I was unable to resolve this with the letter I could call her back and she would file.
Since I was unable to resolve the issues with the letter. I called her office letting them know that I was unable to resove the issue and upon her request I was calling back to hire her to file and help me move forward. I was given an appointent for Oct. 10 @ 1:15. Today Sept 25 I received a phone call from intake to let me know that they wanted me to know that I did not have an appointment and that the firm was no longer accepting any new clients. When I told the young lady about the video call with Ms, Graham and the pre set appointment she proceeded to tell me There was no record of my having the video call nor did I have an appointment on Oct 10. What confused me, is why call me to tell me they wanted to make sure I knew I didn't have an appointment. And where did she suddenly come up with my name and number. If this never happened why call me?
I am so upset because I have not seen my Dad in a year now because I have not been able to find an attorney! I Was so excited that Ms. Graham had given me advise (free consultation) and agreed to help me if the letter did not work. I don't know how much longer my Dad has and I am missing out on his last years.
I am so sad that I am being told I never had the teleconferance nor did I ever have an appointent. I was told that it could not have happened, yet I fully recall what Ms. Graham looks like. I know it was not any other firm because I double checked the web page and found the photo of Ms Graham. I know I did not make the call up.
I now have to start all over again to find and attorney with the clock ticking on my time with my Dad. I am so very upset especially at being accused of not ever having had that conference call.
I was also interested in having this firm handle my estate plan. I am prepared to pay a retainer and hourly fees if it gets my father back before he passes. I just don’t understand how this could happened when I did as Ms. Graham instructed. I even had to wait because I couldn’t get an earlier appointment. I now have learned I have to start all over again. Why was I not notified sooner they couldn’t take me as a client. And why did they give me an appointment in the first place?

My call and potential case were quickly screened by the receptionist/legal assistant, and I was told she would pass my information to the legal team/attorneys to review. A few days later I received a call back that the legal team would not offer me a free consultation with no explanation. I asked if I could be referred anywhere in the area that could help with legal advice. She could not give me any information, resources, and did not call me back when I asked for an hourly rate to have legal advice and questions answered. I felt left in the dark and would not recommend this law firm.

I could write pages on the incredibly positive experience my mom and I had with Brian Egolf, Heather Tanner, and the staff at Egolf+Ferlic+Martinez+Harwood law firm. We hired her as our initial attorney, paid everything in full in regards to a child custody/relocation case. We were told our case would not go in our favor if we continued and that relocation cases are difficult, didn’t know why we were trying in the first place etc etc. We are happy to report that, after firing Melanie, we successfully won our case that was supposed to be “impossible to win”, and living together as a happy family out of state. I do not recommend this attorney for any family law cases.

Calvin is an excellent attorney. He handled a car accident case where I got rear-ended while sitting at a light, and was able to negotiate a nice settlement before even having to file a lawsuit. I'd highly recommend Calvin and his team to anyone needing legal help.

Richard Queener is a scumbag. I don't say that because he didn't do the job right (although he didn't), I say this because this man will claim you didn't make payments you made and claim you still owe him thousands of dollars you have already paid. He will tell you he won't bill you until things are settled and your former spouse has to help with the payments, and then he will run up a huge tab without doing a single thing for you. He will give you incorrect legal advice that strings things out. He will charge you for things I'm now told no other lawyer would charge you for. He will charge you interest each month on an inflated unpaid balance and then charge you file maintenance fees and tax each month so that the bill gets exponentially higher. All the while KNOWING that you have paid him thousands more than his 'records' show, even when you have the invoices from those payments, they don't exist to him! He will still keep charging you for payments you've already made. He will inflate the amount you owe him and pretend he hasn't been paid thousands then remove himself from your case for 'nonpayment' and charge you fees that are higher than the original fees you were paying him to actually 'work' for you, if you can call it that. Which I wouldn't, because he doesn't care if your soon to be former spouse is mentally abusive, has had your children watch as he chokes you, has financially abused you and your kids for years, has medically abused your kids, is still financially and medically abusing your kids.
In short: he will over charge you, pretend you did not pay him thousands when you did, screw with your court dates, lie to the courts and judge, charge you secret fees, not actually work on your case, completely disregard the needs of you and your children in times of great distress, make threats about pulling his representation if he doesn't like something you have to say (that you don't want to force your kids to go with an abuser), actually pull his representation a few days before a court date for inflated and incorrect unpaid balances, and so much more. Use this snake if you dare, he will make everything so much worse.
