I had an excellent experience with Richard from my first visit and the following appointment to sign documents. Richard has the knowledge, experience and patience, explaining each section of the living trust and answering questions. Also, Richard is funny and it seems like we've known each other for a long time. I definitely recommend Richard B Rudolph.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Richard from our first zoom call to our follow up visit signing our trust documents. He did not rush us and he spent a considerable amount of time answering questions about things we needed to know about our parents trust as well as the one he had written for us. He spent time explaining each part of our trust and what we needed to do to "fund" our trust. I liked his organized way of presenting the trust in sections that were easy to read! Richard is fun and adds humor to his work, we would highly recommend Richard B. Rudolph!!

So I hired Younglove law firm on October 24 of last year when I got into a car accident that totaled my car. I had soft tissue injuries and I knew I needed a law Firm to help me. So when I found them an interview them, they sounded fantastic. They took on my case got the maximum amount for me settled it in record time which is February 25 of this year. They were very professional they negotiated with the various people that I owed money to took the stress out of my life. And did an incredible job of keeping me informed all the time what was going on. I recommend them very highly if you ever need them to handle your car accident in case.

Dustin Shamburg is an exceedingly hardworking, responsive, and kind man. I contacted his office after receiving a DUI, I was completely overwhelmed by the entire situation and felt completely paralyzed as what to do or what would happen from here. This was my first time ever needing legal counsel.
I knew within a few minutes of our talking that it only made sense to hire this firm. Klein and Wilson exceeded all expectations in handling our legal malpractice case. Mark Wilson and Joe Miceli did an outstanding job reviewing all applicable case law. They were very accessible and their follow up was outstanding and prompt. They frankly ran circles around defenses council and were superstars in deposition. When deposed individuals tried to avoid or not answer vital questions they rephrased and pinned them down
They were also very helpful in developing sound strategies that enabled us to get a settlement above actual dammages without having to go to trial.
You have to pay to get the best, but it sure pays to have the best on your side. They are indeed superlawyers and it's no suprise their firm is ranked in the top 20 nationally in their areas of expertise

When my mother, who lives in California, was sued by a major bank as a guarantor, we initially hired a local Utah attorney since the litigation was filed in Utah. Unfortunately, it became clear that this first attorney was not competent. That’s when we brought in Marianne Dawson-Man, Esq., to assistwith litigation strategy, settlement efforts, and oversight. Marianne quickly identified the gaps in the first attorney’s work and advised us through the process of replacing him with new local counsel.
Since the case was in Utah, we had to engage additional Utah attorneys to manage court filings, procedural compliance, and appearances. Unfortunately, the second Utah attorney we hired proved to be both ineffective and unresponsive, missing key moments and failing to stay on top of important emails and documents. To keep the case on track, we brought in two more Utah attorneys, but they focused more on administrative tasks. Marianne had to guide them to engage strategically with opposing counsel, as they often deferred to the bank’s demands without pushback.
Throughout the process, Marianne provided the litigation strategy and direction that had been missing from the case. Some attorneys discouraged us from pursuing an indemnification agreement—worrying it could complicate negotiations or trigger third-party involvement—but Marianne recognized how essential it was to protect my mother’s interests. She remained persistent and insisted on safeguards to minimize my mother’s liability and ensure her assets were protected.
Marianne also managed aggressive opposing counsel from the bank, along with a third party's legal counsels that aligned with the bank’s efforts to shift the full burden of liability onto my mother. Thanks to her strategic persistence and leadership, we secured a favorable settlement that included an indemnification agreement—a key protection that other attorneys had advised against pursuing.
Not all attorneys are the same. Marianne provided the leadership, strategy, and advocacy we needed to overcome complex challenges and secure the best outcome possible. Without her involvement, I am certain we would not have achieved this result. My mom set up a trust 20 years ago when she was a single mom with 3 kids and absolutely no time. When I sat down with her recently to review her estate plan, she was shocked to find the trust was not set up at all the way she thought she'd instructed the lawyers to do it. She wasn't even sure what law firm had originally set it up because there hadn't been any follow up from them in all that time. She also had only partially funded it and most of her assets were not in the trust's name.
I was very happy to find Meier Law to help her restate the trust and get her full estate plan in order. They walked us through every step and helped her feel confident in the plan and how things would be set up to achieve her goals. They also provided detailed instructions on funding the trust and have a plan to check in every few years to see if any updates are needed.
Meier Law is probably not the cheapest option out there, but an estate plan is worthless if it isn't actually set up and funded correctly. So personally I think their prices are a bargain for the level of support we're receiving and the peace of mind to have this all in capable hands.

My spouse and attorney was doing everything possible to delay and obstruct the divorce process.
After 3 years and trying couple attorneys, I found Mr Sullivan. He was the only one who got my case moving forward and to the end
I noticed that some attorneys are just pushing papers, which is great for an easy-going divorce. However, reaching a settlement it’s always within your control. And I play that no one has to go through what I have.
But if you have, or just want to avoid it, give Sullivan Law and associates a call. They continued to negotiate up to the last day, to avoid a trial and settle out of court. But Richard Sullivan is a trial attorney and sometimes you need a trial attorney to avoid a trial.

Reuben is extremely brilliant attorney. He won dozens of class action cases for unpaid OT, commission, and illegal employment contacts. He is very knowledgeable, so he can tell you rather or not there is a case within five miniutes. He also didn’t need to charge a retainer fee because he is confident in winning the case for his clients. Unlike other attorneys, he takes time and explains to you as why there is a case. He was referred to me by several of my friends and ex-colleagues. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the case. Thus, I am willing to work with him again for “another” case. If I knew Reuben back in 2014, I would have asked him to represent me against one of the largest multi billion dollar mortgage company and also the publically traded company under NASDAQ I used to work for many years. Yes, I can be a bit dramatic, but let me say it again, WoW! I liked his picture and "ready for a courtroom showdown" so gave him a cold call. He was the most gracious, well mannered attorney I've spoken to. I'm a Paralegal and have a pending probate case so that says a lot! Aside from his excellent manner and professionalism, the guy knows his stuff. I have been through five (thought it was only 3:) probate attorneys for the last 9 years and Mr. Hankin gave me information that was pivotal to the success of my case; information that I should have already been told. I know, where was he 9 years ago! Let me tell you, he would have been my attorney and this case would have come to a conclusion years ago. I recently posted a review of this attorney but my review may have been premature, as we were not yet finished completing our exchanges. Since my earlier review Mr. Hankin wrote to me again. He shed tremendous light on the one pressing question that baffled me, and he did so in a professional manner.
My initial aim was to utilize his services in the Appellate Courts, but it appears my case lacks the "teeth" for a successful appeal. If that were not my unfortunate predicament I'd most assuredly hire Mr. Hankin. Sometimes the devil is in the details. He's a details oriented attorney who takes the time to explain matters to his clients and prospective clients.
I can't speak to other areas of his law practice, but for anything pertaining to California Trusts or Probate matters he's the "go-to" attorney!

Stephen Hammers was a referral from another lawyer who could not represent my case, and I approached hiring Steve with some anxiety because I had always applied the skills of the referring lawyer over the past many years. I had no previous knowledge of Steve's work, and hoped that this referral was a solid recommendation. My matter was involved, and the case appeared to be risky. In fact, the referring lawyer (my long time friend) advised me that I stood little chance of prevailing. All that I knew was that I was in the right, and that a good lawyer might be able to prevail. Steve was cautious about giving me any hope at first, but he could see clear pathways to defeating the defendants. He applied his boundless energy to the intellect and resourcefulness that has made him such a superstar in Orange County, and we worked together in an efficient yet highly effective manner to hone the case. His persistence along certain lines of advice that at times were lost on me became invaluable to the direction that the case took, and we developed a momentum that was itself very effective for our success. While we spent time and effort on certain details, Steve never appeared to delay nor overstudy any point. At no time did I ever have the slightest doubt that he had my best interests as his own, and that he was keeping the billing as low as practicable without creating any new difficulties. He predicted a wide variety of events which all came to pass as he described, and portrayed undesirable outcomes that we avoided altogether largely because of how well he articulated their potential negative impacts to me. He kept or improved the calendar originally set, and maintained in his keen mind each item of concern and advantage without the level of discussion that I had anticipated. In fact, he demonstrated extraordinary capacity to divine the intentions and thought patterns of each defendant, whom he never met, better than I ever could and I had known each for over ten years. We prevailed in what I term a "100% victory" over the defendants. Steve took it all in stride, and yet I cannot ever say enough to express my appreciation of his character, his professionalism, his friendship to me during rough periods, and his overall value to the legal profession. He is what ANY client would hope for when life events require legal counsel or representation. I am not a litigious individual, but he was right there when I needed the right lawyer, and I am forever grateful to him and the staff that he has deservedly assembled around him. He is an inspiration to me, and I am quite certain that he will continue to serve as an inspiration to those who need the best lawyer! He is a superb human being, and I am able to enjoy my life day by day going forward simply because of his formidable skills and sharp focus as my lawyer when I needed his help.

We reside in New Jersey and had an issue with a California rehabilitation facility that refused to appropriately refund to us a large amount of money. Although the facility was horrible, we did not want to get into a lawsuit with them, we just wanted our refund. The trust property we had to deal with had not been maintained and had fallen into severe disrepair. Everything from plumbing to electricity to the building exterior and plant overgrowth was on the list.
