I contacted the Vondran Law Firm over 10 days ago. The receptionist was short, seemingly in a hurry, and apparently disinterested in my call. I left my name and number asking for Steve or his assistant to call me back regarding a federal case in California. I never heard back from the firm.
One must ask, why does a law firm like this advertise and post videos on YouTube if when a new client contacts them they never even bother to call back?

Nguyen Law Group answered my questions and working with them was an easy choice. I was represented by Ray & Bishop. I almost lost everything especially 6 years of nursing school during this time my father had a TIA, car repossessed and I was without work and couldn’t pay my bills. I would recommend Mr. Bishop who knew I was innocent and understood the legal complexities of my case.
While it was a long waiting period I can now get back to my career and dust myself off to begin a new.

I was searching for a licensed defense attorney in California that specialized specifically in defending nurses against accusations from BVNPT/BRN and came across Ray & Bishop, PLC through a google search. I read reviews that former clients have posted about their representation and also looked up their webpage online. I decided to take a leap of faith after reviewing their reviews, website, and blog and seeing the successful comments and how satisfied clients who were represented by Ray & Bishop, PLC. were. I was dealing with a criminal matter that was dismissed but later was picked up by BVNPT and was sent an accusation that my license was being investigated and that they wanted to discipline me based on these allegations. The process from when the incident occurred to posting an accusation was approximately 5 years. Long story short, I was assigned to Mr. John Bishop regarding my matter with the boards and he was attentive, knowledgeable, matter of fact, understanding, straight forward, and responsive in answering my never ending questions and concerns. He was genuinely concerned and was available via email and by phone. Even though he was busy he would return my emails/calls promptly. Luckily, my case did not have to go through an administrative hearing and after 5 months I received the most wonderful news I could have ever asked for “accusation withdrawn”
Words can’t express how grateful and relieved I am that this nightmare was finally resolved and I can finally move on. I can’t thank Mr. Bishop enough for his representation and how successful he was with his communication with BVNPT and ultimately avoiding any discipline against my license and not having to attend a hearing.

I received a discipline in another state and California immediately followed suit. During trial, I did my best in answering the prosecutor’s questions. John would then ask me questions that further clarified my answers so that my answers could not be misinterpreted. I truly appreciate John. He allowed me the opportunity to tell my truth and helped save my career. God forbid that I ever be in this situation again; but if so, I wouldn’t hesitate to rehire him again and again. I just wanted to profusely thank Steve Fink for helping my client through a very sticky real estate situation!!! He is amazing & I highly recommend him :)
Last week, I had a seller deny an inspector access to his property, which caused my buyer to be late on her closing. The seller threatened to cancel the escrow and keep the buyer's deposit, while he knew the reason we could not close was because the inspector was not allowed back in.
I called CAR legal, and was beyond disappointed when they told me there was nothing that could be done past day 17 to force a seller allow additional inspections, even if they were follow up. Seriously??? Nothing??!! In desperation I went to Steve because I knew this was not fair, he has dealt with thousands of contracts, and he would have an angle. Within hours, Steve had a letter beautifully written and emailed to the stubborn seller. The next day the seller let the inspector in (it was over an FHA loan requirement for smoke detectors in every bedroom of all things!) and the buyer was able to get her loan funded.
I gave her the keys today, and this is all thanks to Steve's knowledge and quick action to help a deserving person in need. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

Bob was referred to me by a dear trusted friend. I purchased a commercial property in 2013 along with 3 other individuals. Those 3 individuals were related to each other, not to me. 3 years later 2 of the 3 individuals approached me about selling my interest to them for $30,000. We had each invested $25,000. I declined their offers. Little did I know my 3 partners had already consulted with realtors, it turned out the property had over a half a million dollars in equity on an initial $100,000 joint investment. I found out months later the property was in escrow and I was never consulted or advised of the sale. These two brothers and their father intended to keep my initial investment and my more than $100,000 profit. You see one of the brothers is an attorney who thinks he is always the smartest guy in the room. It turns out that "Dim Bulb" attorney was no match for Bob Bright. Bob's last name is an incredible accurate adjective for who he is. Bob had 4 business days to effectively secure a temporary restraining order on escrow from the civil court. Escrow closed as scheduled all of the liens and third parties were satisfied and over a half a million dollars remained in the possession of the court. Litigation went on for an entire year. Bob was 10 steps ahead of my conspiring ex-partners at every stage. Bob's research on case law was amazing. My ex-partner, the attorney, was completely out matched. Bob ultimately negotiated a settlement prior to trial. I am not allowed to disclose the terms of the settlement. What I can disclose is that after Bob's fees were paid, my proceeds were far beyond what I would have received had my partners included me in the sale proceedings and not tried to abscond my investment and profit. The bad news is that my ex-partner the attorney will get to keep his law license for now. Bob Bright is beyond honest and he is always accessible.

I first met Bob, went he became our Company's Attorney. Bob, actually was much much more. He assisted us with Marketing, Research, Counsel, actually Bob was involved and gave counsel in every part of our business. It's not easy to separate your Business from your personal Relationship. with him.
Bob, was always responsive, willing to help, and gave very valued advice.
I can tell you that he is a highly knowledgeable lawyer, who if he doesn't know the answer will get it quickly. He works 24/7. I've spoken with him late at night, early in the morning, and when he was attending a friend's wedding.
I've worked with many Lawyers, and no one comes close to this man as a partner in your business. I could not give him a higher recommendation.

I can't say enough about how amazing Ms. Howse is as a person and as an attorney. I retained Ms. Howes's services along with my 2 siblings during a really terrible time in our lives we had just lost our father and now needed to embark upon litigation against our fathers wife due to her intentionally interfering with our inheritance. Amy was so incredibly compassionate and understanding. She was incredibly thorough and patient with us because we had no clue what we were getting ourselves into. Amy walked us through every step of the way for almost 3 years. Hands down this was one of the hardest things I have ever had to go through but I never felt lack of support from Amy. Jeremy was introduced to me as the most experienced firm member regarding my legal concern. Through his knowledgable and practical efforts, I was able to resolve a difficult business debt over monies owed to me by a corporation and an individual of that corporation. CALL For Attorney Elan at The Ledger Law Firm. I am not a review kind of guy but I am taking my time to write this review because my experience with Elan has been superb. Since he took my case, he has been there for me all the time. First, he explained the whole procedure step by step because this is my first accident involving a lawyer. Second, he called to check up on my doctor's visits. Third, he was very responsive on any of my dumb questions. Lastly, I was able to experience a great financial settlement, they had my insurance company issue a check for the high blue book value on my car plus reimburse me for the accessories that I purchased on my car including tires, floor mats, prorated tags, etc.,. This is what you call full service, we are now waiting on the medical and loss of income settlement check next week which amount had exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend Elan for any of your personal injury or accident issues you may of encountered.

I have been in the unfortunate position of having to pursue litigation several times in my career when my property has been damaged. A silver lining in this cloudy process has been the opportunity to work with Adam Hoover. In my experience, stretching back over more than six years and multiple cases, Adam has consistently demonstrated excellent performance on many levels. While by and large, all lawyers have attended law school and passed the bar examination, not all of them have legal minds which innately grasp, interpret and apply the law to the set of facts particular to a given case. This quality is more than simply an enviable skill; it bears directly upon a client's experience during the litigation experience and ultimately the cost burden born by the client. This manifests in reductions of redundant work, excessive research and surplus discovery. In addition to the time and cost savings associated with thoroughly understanding issues and applicable laws in a case, Adam is mindful of the financial burden costly litigation places on clients. I never felt that Adam “nickel and dimed" me or overbilled me in any way. In fact, I know he is very conservative with his time keeping and while accurate, certain items on the bill are marked "no charge".
Adam clearly places my best interest, as a client, as his top priority. He has demonstrated a consistent willingness to try to win my cases early in the lawsuit lifecycle. He has achieved an impressive level of success to those ends. That not only saves me the cost of protracted discovery and trials in some instances, but also allows me to devote my efforts to growing my business rather than litigating. Although he could bill three or four times more fees by taking a case through discovery and trial, he places his ethical obligation to zealously represent me above his personal profit motive.
The last but certainly not least important area where Adam has distinguished himself in my experience is his accessibility. Even when he has other cases going to trial or experiencing a producing a heavy workload he still responds quickly to messages I leave and takes the time to answer my questions. Due to his outstanding legal ability, conscientious regard for his client’s well being and high ethical standards, i have, and will continue to recommend him to my friends and associates who find themselves in need of representation and can’t afford to lose.

Cyrus Neek created our LLC and performed the various legal work needed to setup our startup company. The business we started is a software company where we create and sell our own software products/apps and do third-party contract work for clients.
He created an Operating Agreement between me and my business partner where he took care of our concerns about the transfer and assignment of interests, dispute resolution, membership interests, voting and management. He also created an IP Assignment Agreement for me and my business partner that allowed us to put what we had completed before the start of our business into the company, properly. Lastly, he performed an Independent Contractor/Non-Disclosure/Intellectual Property all-in-one agreement for any independent contractors we hire to make sure that whatever work they do for us legally belongs to us for use in our products.

Klein and Wilson exceeded all expectations in handling our legal malpractice case. Mark Wilson and Joe Miceli did an outstanding job reviewing all applicable case law. They were very accessible and their follow up was outstanding and prompt. They frankly ran circles around defenses council and were superstars in deposition. When deposed individuals tried to avoid or not answer vital questions they rephrased and pinned them down
They were also very helpful in developing sound strategies that enabled us to get a settlement above actual dammages without having to go to trial.
