Daron Satterfield loves his job. I wouldn’t have it for love or money, but here is a man who truly loves his work. Here is my story.
I sold some land in 2018 in Durham County. The real estate agents Alex Rivers and David Balon did, by way of deception, caused me to sign an agreement with them while under contract to another agency. They told me that their lawyer, Josh Whitaker, said that I did not receive “adequate compensation”. As a result of this advice, I told the first party that I had not received adequate compensation and signed with Alex Rivers and David Balon of ReMax. Within six days or less, a lis pendens or “suit pending” was filed against the land. That action froze my land and put me into a state of severe depression.
I hired Kenneth Haywood, a lawyer from the agency of Howard Stallings From Atkins Angell and Davis in Raleigh. I paid him $7500. We went to mediation, all to no avail as I told Haywood. Nothing else was done except for more billing, up to nearly $13000. I refused to pay any more and he quit!~
Daron took on the job at short notice, sat up all night and found case law and president that allowed my effort to continue. We went to court and he was astounding in his remarks to the jury, and his cross examination of this swine. It took about 90 minutes for the jury to find in my favor. Daron is a man you can trust, and one who believes in service to those in need, and I can tell you from the heart that that was me.

I had an awful experience— He represented me for a traffic ticket and assured me that everything was fine, with no points being deducted. However, it turned out that we ended up paying the ticket. He claimed it was the court's mistake and said he would handle it. Months passed, and despite repeated attempts to contact him, we’ve had no success. His voicemail is full, he has no office (just a mail drop in Chapel Hill), and when we went to court to check, we found out that nothing had been done.
It has been over six months, and I am still waiting to hear from him. Please do not hire him!

I needed Jasons Help with a business licensing agreement and a merchandising agreement I was asked to sign. I am so glad I asked him to look at them because he found several things that needed to be changed in my favor and the best interest of both parties. If I didn't have Jasons help, I could have signed these agreements that would have been a big problem if I ever needed to dispute something court with the agreements. Jason was great at explaining to me, and the other parties involved what and why the changes are necessary.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with. I filled out the form online, they contacted me immediately. I had constant updates via email. I did not one time, have to go to an office, I did not have to attend court, I did not miss any work. I had a traffic ticket with a reckless driving charge. I would recommend this law firm to anyone needing a great lawyer for Workmen Comp cases!!! Bob and his team worked long hours and months for me and my husband!! I have know Craig Morgan since he was a sophomore in High School. His character and hard work is second to none. A lawyers' traits are usually wisdom, knowledge, and "out of the box" thinking. He has A+'s in all the aforementioned traits. What separates him from the herd is his integrity and character.
