I brought Paynter Law an unusual case. The only thing that was clear was that I had been seriously injured, and that the injury had cost our family considerable pain, suffering, time and money.

I contacted Attorney Alston and he replied to set up a meeting. He first listened to what I wanted to do. Gave his professional insight and legal knowledge and suggestions. Once he understood my budget and schedule traveling in and out of town with my current job, he was very flexible with both. About two to three years ago I began to have panic attacks regarding credit card debt that I was finding increasingly difficult to manage. My husband and I had moved to North Carolina from many successful years in Florida, and he felt it was retirement time. I had not quite planned on a sudden move like this but thought I would find a new job and pay off the credit card debt we had. Unfortunately, work is not readily available in the mountains and instead of paying off, the debt began to increase. I knew I had to do something and I began researching bankruptcy as a last resort. I needed Jasons Help with a business licensing agreement and a merchandising agreement I was asked to sign. I am so glad I asked him to look at them because he found several things that needed to be changed in my favor and the best interest of both parties.
