My 80 year old mother was in a battle with her step son over the estate that her deceased husband left to her. We had many consultations, emails, and letters back and forth with Frank and he was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He didn't hesitate to tell my mother what would be in her best interest, even if that was to stop using his services and be finished with the fight. He didn't seem to be motivated by the dollar, which eased our minds in the process. Ultimately, Frank helped us to get a settlement and allow my mother to move forward in peace. Curtis has a wonderful ability to disect an issue and understand how to explain the legalities to someone like myself. I first met Nathan at my first appearance where he gave me his card and told me what to say to the judge to get enough time to find counsel. I reached out to him and he helped me work out a payment plan and let me know how he would proceed from there. The past 6ish months, he has taken amazing care of me. He was always available to meet to answer any questions or concerns I had. His knowledge of our justice system is impeccable and he was able to significantly reduce and even dismiss some of my charges. He’s even willing to go back to court with you the next year to fully close your case. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney. Thanks a billion, Nathan!

My daughter used Mr. Stevens with her DUI case. Don't bother obtaining his services it is like throwing money to the wind. He just likes to collect your dough. He did absolutely nothing for her than what she could have done for herself. He doesn't care and put little to no effort into her case. He didn't even know what was going on in trial that he should have known. He screwed her royally. If she had obtained another lawyer, things would have come out a lot better.

My mother has used Scott for a long time and never had much of an issue, HOWEVER...I retained him in January of 2023 for a child protective order I had filed on behalf of my son against my ex, and in court, despite the overwhelming evidence, he more or less just sat there and did nothing which allowed my ex to get it dismissed. Fast forward to now (December 2023) and I have filed to gain full custody of my son, called Scott again more due to history to see if he'd be willing to take the case, said he would but we'd need to get the hearing date changed due to him not being available that day, ok that's fine, we also had a verbal agreement between us directly that he was willing to wait on payment for retainer so we could get the money, but he would start on everything right away, upon attempting 3 DIFFERENT TIMES to come in and sign the retention paperwork, I was turned away by paralegals that "needed to talk to him first" about what? I made the agreement with him, not with a paralegal. Finally was able to come in to sign the papers, but I was told by Josie that he "needed everything up front first" 100% contrary to what we agreed to, and that "HE was the one who said it" yet refused to ask him with me standing there to confirm, as he came out of his office and saw me sitting there, and to this day still have not gotten a return email or phone call to confirm or deny any of this
Like others have said, if you want to not be jerked around by this firm, then don't bother even talking to them, and they've missed out on a retainer and a guaranteed case win that would bolster their reputation

Scott did help me with my divorce case, but when it came to needing follow up done he sent a letter to my ex and pretty much told me I was on my own to fill the paperwork out, but charged me 300 for what! sending a letter!!! He wouldn't continue helping me with my case but charged me anyways. Sounds like a waste of money to me! Sad
Just make sure he likes you and maybe he will finish the case.
